¡Totalmente renovado en 2017! Relájese en esta casa de 1000 pies cuadrados con una sala de tres estaciones de 14 'x 20' está situada en un tercio de un acre. Nuevos muebles en todo, decoración contemporánea, impecablemente mantenido, pisos de madera y aire acondicionado central. Plano de planta abierto, sala de estar, comedor con techo de catedral, sofá, dos sillas, pantalla plana de 42 ", conexión inalámbrica a Internet. Encimeras de cuarzo y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos en una cocina con skylit totalmente equipada. Cama matrimonial y baño en suite con ducha grande en el dormitorio principal. Colchón de tamaño Queen en el segundo dormitorio. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble con nido extraíble para dormir cómodamente dos. Sala de baño con bañera de tamaño completo. Nueva lavadora y secadora en el sótano. El patio tiene una mesa de picnic, asientos adicionales, parrilla de gas y ducha al aire libre. Pases de playa de Barnstable incluidos. Great House

We had a great time! There was an issue with the a/c and the rental company was very responsive. Loved the beach pass and the proximity to everything. Definitely recommend!

Clean and convenient

We were 6 adults. Home is very clean and well stocked. Central location in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bedroom with the trundle pull out is a small room, so best for 2 children or one adult. All in all a very nice stay.

Nice stay!

Nice Stay! Great Location! The property offers everything that you might need and more. We understand and are aware of how annoying the bugs can be in the summer time, our only suggestion is maybe to pay more attention with pest control in the carport (specially where the trash cans are located) and the entrance area, won’t hurt. Thanks for allowing us to stayed in your property, we had such a great time.

First family vacation

Perfect place to spend the week with our 7 month old son. Close to the beaches and town. The house was clean and just as described. So happy we decided to stay here for our first family vacation. Thanks!

Cozy and clean; convenient location

The unit is small but sufficient for 2 couples. Well stocked and clean. Easy access by car to beach, ferries and Hyannis. Rental agent has room for improvement. They clearly had not inspected the unit; we had 2 appliance issues and one sink issue, of which the agency had no clue. Also, late day Sunday check-in caused more chaos then necessary.

This is a fully renovated cape with nice new furniture and appointed well. What stood out the most was how conscientious the owners were to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Fantastic location. We used the beach pass and had a great day at Craigville just down the road. No complaints! Lovely property.

Relaxed time with family

Location is close to everything - decent walk to the beach, or a quick drive to just about anywhere. Bed linens are great quality and very comfortable. All the basics are available to cook - just need to think about spices, etc. when shopping. We enjoyed a great, relaxing time!

<3 min to many great beaches, 3 min to grocery store. 5 min to Hyannis downtown. But also far far away from the hustle of downtown.

We came back to this house because we liked it a lot, perfect location at Cape, clean, beautiful yard space and very friendly owner who is available and easy to communicate. We would definitely come back.

Very nice, well maintained and pleasant home for staying near the beach at Cape.

We enjoyed every day of staying in this clean home and pieceful neighborhood. The location was great, walkable and short distance to shops and groceries. i would definitely book this home again!

Great location, very clean house

We had a wonderful stay at the end of the summer at this Hyannis property. The house is located on a quiet street where our kids could ride their bikes, short drive from all major amenities and Main Street restaurants. The house is well stocked with all necessities. Sun room was a nice bonus space.

Very nice 3 bedroom cottage

This cottage is very cute and well equipped. Nice yard and outdoor shower. The location is perfect for Craigville Beach and Hyannis activities., We used the large outdoor grill. Added benefit is the sun room. I would definitely recommend this rental for family vacation.

This property was perfect for us! It was extremely clean which was much appreciated especially during these times. The three season porch was where we spent most of our time and we loved it!

Much needed getaway!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation in Hyannis! The house is in an ideal location as we were pretty much in the middle of the cape so it was easy to drive to all regions. Our only complaint was there were quite a few ants but we notified the office and they delivered ant traps the next day.

Clean and Cozy

We spent a week here and loved the place. It was updated, clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved riding their bikes on the streets in the neighborhood, and there were two beaches within a 10-15 minute bike ride. The location was great, close to the ferry, shops and restaurants. We'd definitely stay there again.
