Beautiful spacious home in heart of Boulder

Fully remodeled home with gorgeous patios and mountain views. Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder.

The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Lots of sleeping room for large parties. Zoned for 3 unrelated parties

In the summer the garden is filled with home grown vegetables which you are welcome to cook with.

This was a lovely, fully equipped house in an amazing neighborhood in Boulder. Walkable to Pearl Street, Campus, and many hiking trails. We loved the front yard and backyard settings for a glass of wine. Living room, dining room and kitchen were a great open set up for our multi generational family gathering. Our host Jeff responded immediately. We will most certainly be back.

This house is a perfect 10. A group of friends (5 couples) came to Boulder for a football game and had a blast. The house is super spacious and has a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen is stocked better than our home kitchens. Amazing outdoor space too with a garden. We used some basil for a caprese salad. Jeff was very communicative and responsive. We all would highly recommend this house.

5 stars, only because 6 isn't an option. :) This house was vacation perfection for our family. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, amenities are high quality and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you might need. We enjoyed coffee in the front yard each morning and a cocktail in the super cute backyard in the evenings. Easy 10-15 min walk to Pearl Street and all of the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. On street parking was never an issue. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so college noise was just not a thing. Can't wait to go back in the fall so we can try the Pink Lady apples growing in the back yard! :D

I would give the house and a host 100 stars!!! Thoroughly enjoyed the house and Boulder. The host was knowledgeable about the area and gave amazing recommendations! Very helpful and accommodating. The house was super clean!!!!

Perfect Trip

My group and I loved this place. Everything was perfect. Very clean and beautiful with a terrific location close to everything. The hot tub was a favorite as well as the backyard. Highly recommend this house.

Graduation week at Boulder

Great location for all the graduation festivities and on a quiet street. Everyone loved the hot tub and outdoor wood table for family meals.

Excellent accommodations & convenient location

Luxury accommodations for large groups. All modern appliances, comfortable beds, can seat everyone at large table. Younger members of our group enjoyed the hot tub. Even a 1st floor bedroom & full bath with walk in shower for handicap senior citizen. There was nothing lacking - met our every need.

Great house in Boulder

Everything about the house is perfect. Good location, nicely furnished and a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Will definitely stay here again. Only detraction from our stay was lack of internet. Hoping they’ll have that worked out next time.

La propiedad es cercana al centro de Boulder. El vecindario excelente. En el patio, vimos conejos, ardillas. La casa es especial para grupos grandes. El nuestro era de seis adultos y tres menores. Espacio más que suficiente.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!!

Our Family had the best time in your perfect family home. We enjoyed cooking in your gourmet kitchen, eating all together on your beautiful farm table and watching movies together on your big comfy couch. You even provided a snow day for us!! the kids and dads loved the jacuzzi! We really appreciated your attention to detail and all the extra touches you provided. We all agreed we felt like we were at home. We defiantly hope to rent from you again!

Awesome beautiful home

Everything was just perfect in this home for our family while we were in Boulder for our son’s wedding. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked and in a great location! Much attention to detail and a nice new kitchen and bathrooms and room for everyone to move and out or just relax. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend in Boulder

We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for our group. Beautiful back yard and very spacious. Host was great and communicative. Had all the supplies you could need from shampoo to laundry detergent. Great location with walking to Pearl Street, etc.. Will be staying here on our next visit to Boulder
