Great place to stay overall in a beautiful area. Every person that stayed there in our group thought the property had many activities that kept us engaged and having fun. The beds were also very comfortable.

Host was great, always helpful with questions we had, provided a great experience. The master shower is worth it alone, it’s like showering in a rain forest! House was super clean and great for all ages. Enjoyed making memories like beating my 5 year old nephew at killer instinct after he told me he was soooo good at it.

This was the best vacation stay for us to date! There were so. many incredible details in the home. Magical for adults and kids. The hosts were highly responsive and gave us the best recommendations. Clean, unique, family friendly and just perfect.

This was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We were looking for a place just to hang out and spend time together. It was very clean and provided everything that we needed. My favorite thing was the multiple pillow choices. :). I highly recommend this place.

Thanksgiving stay

We loved every thing about our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. I feel like you thought of everything to make our stay incredible. One of our favorites was the garage where we could all play games since it was snowing during our stay.

Overall, our stay at this VRBO was absolutely incredible. The owners could not have been more accommodating and they really planned for everything. Bathrooms were stocked with anything you could need while traveling, and the hosts were very responsive. Not only did they accommodate our needs for an early check in but they also were extremely timely with anything that we needed.

Secluded getaway

Very nice home secluded up a dirt rod about 45 minutes from Boulder. Plenty to do with the garage amenities and the kitchen area was huge and a great hangout spot.

Perfect Retreat Location

Stunning property, exactly as described. Great place if you're looking for privacy, seclusion, nature, luxury, it has it all! Very communicative owner, property manager close to the property if anything is needed. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful Clean Lovely Nature Hikes

Perfect for a large family. The location is 30 minutes from downtown Boulder. Secluded which is perfect for our family to enjoy nature and have space. Ping pong, climbing wall and video games kept our family engaged. We highly recommend this lovely home. The host were always available and quick to respond.

Wonderful spot for family summer vacations

The scenery around the home is fantastic, and the porch is heaven for talking and eating. We love the sound of the babbling brook and the pond. Accommodations are perfect… So clean so well stocked with anything you would need. You just need to arrive and enjoy the home and the beauty of the surroundings. We highly recommend this home for vacation renral!!

One of a kind property with outstanding hosts

The property is the idealic Colorado wilderness home, with all the ammenities, cleanliness, spaciousness, and attentiveness of a 5-star resort. The hosts went above and beyond in providing a once in a lifetime experience and were incredibly gracious. I can honestly say that this was the best experience and property I have had the pleasure of renting on VRBO. Thank you both for everything!

Great place for entire family!

Phill and Paige were great host's. Quick with answers to any question.The house had everything you could want or need.The kitchen had every appliance and very well stocked.Fun to cook and enjoy a meal at the big dining table. The tray of goodies and note was a very nice touch.kids loved the garage game room and so did the adults.Fun for everyoneBest for last was the great outdoors! Forest,trails,pond,babbling brook.We loved every minute!

Family Get Together

We loved the house. There was room for everyone to have their own space, and the kids really enjoyed the video game in the garage, as well as the lofts in the bedrooms. The house is well stocked, with thoughtful amenities, and the location is beautiful. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short because the electricity was cut by the power company, out of caution for the high winds and fire danger.

Great Family Spot

The house is spacious and a great spot surrounded by nature for family. We had 8 in our group staying during my son’s graduation from CU. My 80 year old mom, my brother in-law and his family with two young kids, my 19 year old son along with my husband and I enjoyed our stay.Phill and Paige were very thoughtful and responsive. They gave us several excellent restaurant recommendations but we loved cooking at the house. The kitchen is well stocked, open and lovely. There are many thoughtful details in the home. The kids (and my bro in law) loved the games & rock wall. I loved the peaceful setting.

A break from the real world

Words and photos don’t do this property justice! It is like a wonderland with so much space to enjoy nature and rest! It was perfect for our girls trip & I’m hoping to visit again next year for a family vacation. The hosts were so kind and quick to answer. We also appreciated their attention to detail with things like telling us to screenshot directions before we got to the no service zone. All around amazing time and so sad to be leaving!

Family Birthday

This property and house is a little bit of heaven. The house is beautiful and includes everything you could want and need. The beds are extremely comfortable, the cleanliness is the best I’ve seen at a VRBO. Phill is top notch and thinks if everything to make your stay perfect. The property is picturesque and relaxing. We had such a fun time here. If you are considering booking this property I would HIGHLY recommend. You will not regret it.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend!!

Beautiful, spacious home that was absolutely perfect for our group to stay and get ready before the wedding. The Bride, Bridesmaids & Moms all slept well in the comfortable beds, enjoyed morning coffee outside on the deck, and shared together in hair and make-up preparation at the gorgeous, long, wooden table. The owners of this home have done a fabulous job of making sure its guests feel welcome and comfortable. There was a nice card and tray of welcome treats waiting for us when we arrived. The owner also contacted us to see if we had any questions or needed anything - so kind! Best VRBO experience we have ever had!
