Cà d'reggio is an ancient farmhouse immersed in the colors of the Asti hills, where the langa meets the monferrato, surrounded by the muscat vineyards ...

the house is the extension of an ancient farmhouse, known as 'cà d'reggio', placed on top of a hill. it is a portion of a contemporary and elegant building, independent from the ancient part, with a pertinent garden.

the house consists of a living area with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms (sink, toilet, bidet and shower. the beds are 5: 2 in the double bedroom, 2 in the twin bedroom (wanting a double) and one in the living area (sofa bed), on request it is possible to have a cot for children up to 2 years and a high chair.
cà d'reggio has a complete kitchen (gas hob with hood, fridge, dishwasher, oven, living area equipped with TV and free internet and a laundry box with washing machine.
outside there are spaces for outdoor parking and a hanging area.

Lovely house, beautiful view

We had a great week, Marco is good host, the house is comfortable, good beds, well equiped. Beautiful view over the hills, lots of space around the house and quiet. The road to the house is good, but for us, since we live in a flat country, took a short time to get used to. Lots to see in the neigboring villages and towns.

Little piece of paradise

Marco was great from the first connection up to our departure. He meet us and showed us all the facility. He had a cold bottle of local wine in the fridge. Property is beautiful. Bathrooms and showers are the best we have seen in Italy. Close to many restaurants and food sources.

5 days at Ca d’Reggio

We didn’t want to write this review at first because we wanted it not to be known to others! The owner Marco is very helpfull and overall a delightfull person. The interior of the apartment is a mix of modern and traditional with a good bed. It has a very nice view to the North and there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun if you want to.

My husband and I have stayed at many VRBO properties that were gorgeous but none of them compare to this home. If you’re looking for an escape this is the place for you. The house is beautifully decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques, modern design and some truly unique pieces. But it’s the outside area that we enjoyed most; spending hours taking in the beautiful view, enjoying our meals and drinking wine on the porch and in the small vineyard. A very special thank you to Marco for his consistent communication and for going out of his way when we had a little trouble finding the home. He’s truly one of the kindest people we encountered during our Italian adventure.

Very clean house with stunning view

We were welcomed by the very friendly owner Marco. He showed us the house that was very clean and equipped with very good beds, a nice kitchen with necessary equipment, microwave (no oven) and a clean diswasher. The 2 bathrooms were also very well maintained. Also there was a washingmachine, free to use. The terrace is fitted with 2 relaxing chairs and a dinnertable, so you could enjoy your breakfast/dinner with a stunning view over the vineyard hills. The house is located in a quiet area, but on 1,4 km (downhill) in Piano del Salto there is a very good pizza restaurant that serves not only tasteful fresh pizza’s, but also many local menu’s with seafood, meat, and pasta’s. We had a wonderful time at Marco’s house and definitely would advise to book this house.

Ce logement est merveilleusement situé: sur une colline avec une vue sur les vignobles voisins, mais aussi près des merveilleux sites du Piémont à explorer. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Marco nous a beaucoup aidé lors de l'installation, mais aussi pour ajouter à nos projets de découverte quelques villages qui se sont révélés, très intéressants. Nous tenons à le remercier très chaleureusement.

Objekt in sehr hohem Standard, absolut perfekt und vollständig ausgestattet.Es ist ein Zuhause in dem wir uns vollumfänglich Wohl gefühlt haben.Uns mangelte uns an Nichts.Tolles Ambiente und sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung, super Küche.Eine Oase der Ruhe. Séjour parfait au cœur des vignes

Maison très propre, tout y est bien organisé, pratique même avec un enfant et un bébé ; il ne manque vraiment rien, c'est rare pour une location de vacances. Jardin avec vue splendide sur les vignobles vallonnés. Hôte très sympathique et serviable qui peut vous renseigner sur les meilleures choses de la région. Les alentours sont très beaux et il y a énormément de choses à voir, à faire, à boire et à manger. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub im sehr schönen Piemont!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen! Eine sehr schöne Gegend, eine wirklich schöne Wohnung und vor allem sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir hatten ein gesundheitliches Problem mit unserer Tochter und die beiden konnten uns super weiterhelfen. Vielen Dank nochmal! Wir kommen hoffentlich schon bald wieder!

Marco ist ein sensationeller Gastgeber, hat eine super schöne Ferienwohnung geschaffen, die moderne und klassische Möbel bereithält. Wunderbare Wochen

Das ist ein sehr schöner Platz mitten in den Weinbergen des Monferrato, für Ausflüge in die Orte der Gegend ideal gelegen.Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern mit Antiquitäten, und funktional eingerichtet. Im Haus bleibt es kühl, auch wenn es draußen sehr heiß ist. Marco ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, sehr fürsorglich und hilfsbereit, freundlich und zurückhaltend. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, und haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.
