Beachfront Luxury 4BR/3BA with Sunset Views and 2 Masters!

This property is a gorgeously updated 4BR unit with 2 Masters at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. This unit is located on the 4th floor on the west side and is an corner unit, which means great sunset views. Three of the bedrooms have a view of the beach/sunset and have private access to bathrooms. The second master has a private balcony with view of the beach and sunset. This unit leaves nothing to be desired inside, and has amazing balcony space outside. The complex offers a great pool, two hot tubs and a splash pad for the kids. You can even enjoy your favorite refreshment at the beach bar and grill, literally 10 steps from the sand!

Free beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest and beach toys are included in this unit. Video Game console in the kids bunk room, extensive book and DVD collection in the unit, and most of all, a breathtaking direct beach and ocean view from the large balcony.

Access to the facility is controlled, with 24 hour guard at entry. Parking fee is included with the booking for up to 3 parking passes for you and your family. You will not go anywhere else once you stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You simply can’t beat the beachfront/sunset location. It was so nice to be able to walk right out and enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. It was a very relaxing beach getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week here. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 littles in this condo! Nicely decorated. large balcony with sectional seating to enjoy the beach views. Beds were very comfortable. Love all the amenities of this resort. Splash pad, walk in pool, hot tubs, market, bar and grill! Beaches were not as crowded as some others we’ve been to. Jeremy was easy to contact when needed. We will stay here again!

The room was spacious and modern. The toy/beach item closet was messy, unorganized, and full of broken items. Cleaning crew seemed to cut corners. The fitness center that is listed as an amenity is not offered to guests staying at the property, you must have a membership. Only 2 of the 5 elevators functioned properly all week. The rug on the large patio smells terrible when wet. Being on the far end of the condo, be ready to be woken up at 5:30 every morning to noisy garbage trucks right under your room each morning. Nice place, but for the money paid it could have been more accommodating.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review, I am appreciative that you left some details that are actionable. The patio rug has been removed and replaced. I am unsure how it actually got wet since the large patio is covered, but frankly, I don't want to know and don't care. Just be relieved that we have disposed of it! The garbage truck note is helpful. I have asked the management of the building to ask for a later pick up in the past, and that happened, but it seems according to your note it has reverted back. I will report that to the building. A couple of the other notes are disappointing. I would have loved to have more details to provide to the cleaning crew but I will at least provide this review to them. The note about the fitness center is blatantly false. We do not advertise that we offer the fitness center, and after your review I went and checked, and can confirm that it is not listed as an amenity so this is blatantly false. The building told owners to not allow guests to use that facility, and I was reprimanded 5 years ago for offering it. Since then I removed it from my posting and cancelled the membership. What is the most disappointing is the note about the beach closet. I spoke to this guest voice to voice and informed them that this closet is not monitored or cleaned, it is a closet of items that are made available for guests. We clean and stock it in the spring, and we ask guests to throw away what is broken and leave anything they want as long as it isn't broken. I did say to you "I can't guarantee that there are how many chairs there are or that a shovel isn't broken because my cleaning crew doesn't monitor that closet, but anything in there is yours to use if you want". Finally, I will issue a formal complaint to the building on behalf of the elevator issue. That is something that I have never experienced, but it would be frustrating so I will ensure they know how difficult that makes things. Thanks for taking the time to review.

We love this property and thoroughly enjoy it, year over year! The property is large, clean, bright, ocean front with breathtaking views of the ocean and pool! The owners are extremely responsive, too! We travel with 4 young children and there is plenty of room for them, and the adults, to relax, enjoy crafts around the large dining table, or enjoy a movie in the evenings, after a fun dinner or event out in PCB! This is an incredible vacation spot!!

The place was perfect! The owner was easy to contact beforehand and gave us lots of info about the property beforehand. Having a closet of beach chairs, tents and toys was great, and allowed us not to have to pack those things from home.

My family of 7 were very comfortable in this spacious unit. It is beautifully decorated with amazing views. It has everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach, from multiple tents, beach chairs, beach toys and towels. This was our third year staying at this condo for spring break. Boardwalk is a great place to stay with kids. The condo was clean and comfortable. Amazing views! Love the location as well. The host is easy to deal with and contact! Definitely recommend staying here…

Great Family Vacation Spot

Condo was perfect for our family. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for us. The Boardwalk was clean and neat. Beach was awesome as was the pool Host was very responsive and went over everything to make our stay perfect.

Great family destination

Beautiful, clean unit. Plenty of room for a family of adults and teens. The resort was very nice with a lot to offer. Great pool, bar & grill, fast elevators, store and having the jet ski rental right there made everything very convenient. Really enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break Vacation

Amazing place

Me and my friends came down for the Gulf Coast 70.3 and had an amazing time staying here. The view is amazing. Right on the beach. Definitely recommended.

Great family atmosphere

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was perfect, it was very clean and roomy. The resort was safe and had security visible at all times. The parking was convenient and the elevators were efficient. They have entertainment nightly and a poolside bar and grill. We will definitely stay here again.
