It was so hard to leave! I even added another day to my week trip and struggled leaving! The property was gorgeous inside and out. Beach access could not have been easier, directly across the street! ShopRite and stop n shop less than 5 min away, restaurants galore, friendly neighbors. Looking forward to renting this property again next summer!

Reunion & Family Visit

The property was very comfortable, well located in a very quiet area with friendly neighbors and a fairly good view between houses of the water. Truly a nice location for our visits to Madison and Old Saybrook. Owners were good communicators and helpful.

Clinton, CT

Very comfortable. 2nd Floor only using outside stairs. (Ground floor is garage/storage, typical for many coastal properties in that area) House is very modern and bright. The view of the beautiful marsh from the back deck is awesome. Very close to restaurants, stores, marinas etc while being in a very quiet residential area. Long Island sound beach across the street is very small and only usable a couple of hours a day depending on the tides. However, Hammonasset State beach and preserve area is only 15-20 minute away. Madison, Clinton and Westbrook are great old time coastal communities. Very enjoyable, wish we had a few more days of vacation time there.

We loved the location, and the house was very comfortable and clean. The living space is located entirely on the second floor and is accessed by an exterior staircase, while the ground level is used as a garage/storage area. This is a common layout for many coastal homes in the area. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shops, vineyards, marinas, and other attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood.The private beach across the street is only accessible for a few hours each day, depending on the tides. Fortunately, there are several other beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We really enjoyed exploring both Clinton and Westbrook. They have the charm of classic New England coastal towns, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful location and a great place to relax.

Gorgeous Ocean View Property!

This property was absolutely stunning. The private beach was just across the street. The property had excellent air conditioning as well. The host also offers winery, brewery, boat charters, tubing, water skiing and thrill rides. My family and I went on the winery tour and I got to tell you well worth it. Do yourself a favor and book a stay.

Very Relaxing

Donnie was a great host. He called us the first night to see if we had any questions, but everything was in place according to the posting and we had no issues. The area is beautiful, beach access across the street was easy to get to (30 seconds from house to beach), the neighbourhood was quiet, and the seafood was fresh. The kids really enjoyed biking each morning and playing on the sandy beaches.
