This charming 300 sq ft ground-level studio sits just 20 feet from the banks of the beautiful Crystal River, with sliding glass doors that open directly to the water. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this cozy escape blends comfort, convenience, and unbeatable walkability in one of the area’s most scenic settings.

Living Space

Inside, the thoughtfully designed studio offers a comfortable and inviting space to unwind after a day outdoors. Natural light filters in through the sliding glass doors, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the peaceful riverside just beyond your doorstep. Step outside and you’re instantly immersed in nature.

Kitchenette

The well-equipped kitchenette provides everything you need for easy meals and relaxed mornings. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, built-in dual-burner cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided so you can start each day with coffee in hand and the river just outside.

Please note that this unit does not have a dishwasher, full stove, or oven.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location in Redstone on the Crystal River was fantastic. Lots of cute shops and a nice restaurant in walking distance. The room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals there. There was an issue with the plumbing but Nicole was extremely responsive and had the problem solved before we returned at the end of the day. The views from the back patio were spectacular! Perfect for a couples getaway.

Nice little spot for a quiet stay

Overall it was ok. There is a strong light outside and a screen on the door that allows light to pass through at night that we had to cover so we can sleep. Also, the internet was off must of our stay which was ok for us, but in case of emergency may had been an issue. Overall a good stay.

Loved the attention to environmental and energy consciousness! Great views out the large window. Incredibly comfortable bed. Loved the ability to turn the heat down for sleeping. Modern kitchenette and lots of appliances. It really was just so perfect and quiet.

Weekend Getaway

They Condo was like a hotel room with other units above and on both sides. There was tranfer of noise from the other units most of the night. The unit was very clean. However the heat never got above 60 deg. even with the T stat set to 70. Most of the time the the temperature was in the 50's during the night. There was virtually no hot water for showering. Had to take cold showers both days. The induction cooktop did not work at all. Was not able to cook any planned meals meals.

Really lovely studio apartment-style accommodations in Redstone, Colorado. Perfect for the solo or duo traveler. Apartment was clean upon arrival, check-in was easy and communication with Nicole (host) was efficient, never taking her more than an hour to respond. Loved that this place was right on the Crystal River and had a shared (modern) firepit, picnic table and chairs where you could enjoy the views at any time of day. Would most definitely stay here again!

Great little place. Beautiful with the river in the back and the fire pit and seating… perfect for great evenings! No AC in the units and it was warm the day we checked in. Nicole was super helpful and very quick to respond and make accommodations and get us a couple of fans! It cooled down in the evening so didn’t really need AC.

Redstone and these Villas are amazing

We loved our unit number five on the end upstairs with a view of the Crystal river. Our studio apartment was perfectly furnished to be spacious and modern and yet so comfortable. There is so much to do for hiking and swimming in the river and the town itself is a gem. Thank you so much Nicole and we will be back. Thank you so much!
