About this property

Cozy 3-bedroom cabin on Lake Winnipesaukee!

Come stay at our newly renovated cozy three-bedroom cottage that sleeps 6. One bedrooms with king size bed and one bedroom with a full size bed and one bedroom with bunk beds (twin mattresses).

It is a waterfront community with private beach area on Paugus Bay. It is a SHORT walk to the beach. The cottage is equipped with a cathedral ceiling in the front living room, full kitchen facilities, full bathroom with stand-up shower only, dining area, AC, TV, free parking, deck with gas grill, and patio set.

The beach has a volleyball court, picnic tables, fire-pit, and many beach chairs.A private in-ground pool is also included about 100 feet away. The community does not allow through traffic making it ideal for families with kids.

It is a perfect central location to all the area’s top amenities. Weirs Beach is 1.2 miles away with its boardwalk, restaurants, mini-golf, and many attractions. For a rainy day there is day Funspot Arcade in Meredith with electronic games, indoor mini-golf, kiddie rides, and bingo. Tanger Outlet shopping is 20 minutes away located in Tilton, NH. Downtown Meredith is approximately 6 miles away where there is shopping and multiple places to eat and drink lakeside. The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion is located 5 miles away in Gilford, NH. This a music center that host many of the country’s top entertainers with multiple concerts throughout the year. Gunstock Mountain is approximately 16 minutes away which has summer activities for everyone. They have multiple hiking and biking trails that accommodate any level of experience. They also have scenic lift rides, a mountain coaster, off road Segway tours, and zip lining. If you would like to get out on the lake there are multiple marinas located across from Weirs beach that have boat rentals for full day, half day, or multiple nights.

Still needs repairs and shower updates. Hot water availability poor. Very small for adults, and we are of average wt, especially kitchen and bathroom. Would be an uncomfortable property if someone is obese! Air conditioners had mold, no lighting in front room and on deck, mattresses uncomfortable. Very cute cottage decorated, though.

We went for vacation with our family. House was great…perfect location, had all the things we needed. It was a bit small for us. 4 adults and 2 children however my husband and I said if it were just the two of us and our two children it would have been perfect. Awesome pool. Basically had it to ourselves all week

Great house in a great location

We loved our stay here!! The house is located close to tons of stuff including kid activities, restaurants, stores and of course the lake. The kayaks at the beach were a big hit with our kids. The house has an awesome deck too. I definitely recommend this house, it’s great!

First Family Lake Vacation!

We spent a week at this cottage with our three kids. The cottage was quiet, clean and spacious enough for all five of us! We especially loved the living area with the vaulted ceiling. My kids had a great time fishing off the docks of the shared beach. We met other renters/owners and everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The location was close to many lake attractions...including marinas for boat rentals which we certainly took advantage of! The owners were very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a quick lake getaway!

Great Mount Washington Get Away

It's within driving distance to Mount Washington. The pool is very clean. The three bedrooms in the cabin are ideal for a family. The deck and grill are a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped.

Family vacation

Everything about this property was excellent! The house felt a lot bigger than I was expecting. The pool is very close to the house. The beach was very clean and we were able to launch the boat and take it out right there! We will definitely be returning. The owners were also very helpful.
