The condo well stocked with everything you would need for a weekend stay and was very clean. I had a problem with the fireplace and the host reposted super quickly. View of the lake is great.

Great condo for adventurers

We had a great stay, everything was clean. It was a great base camp for our adventures. The location was central to things and we also enjoyed the waterfront.

Perfect location with nice views of the lake. Central to everything. Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee machine AND a Keurig. Great spot for summer or ski season.

Place was nice and clean. Kitchen setup was good but could use some upgrades to the cooking-ware. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms for my family size. Loved that it was close to the lake.

Amazing last minute getaway

Our stay here was perfect. Booking, extending the stay, checking in and our residence were all a perfect 10. The unit is very well equipped and we didn’t find ourselves needing a thing. The location is quiet yet convenient and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful Condo on the Lake

The condo is spacious, comfortable and clean with beautiful views of the lake. It's in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great place to stay!

My 5 year old loves the dock and lake to play in all day. It was nice for the adults to have ample seating as she played all day in the water. The host was great and very available.

Cozy Lakeside Cottage

The condo is perfect for 2-4 people. It’s cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The communal deck on the lake was also very nice. There is a swimming area with crystal clear water. It’s a great spot for kids.

Clean and comfortable

My stay was too short to say anything about the area but the unit was as described, extremely clean and functional. Lord Hampshire motel shares a parking lot and there are a lot of cottages in very close proximity, which may be good to know for those looking for privacy.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. There were 4 adults, and it was a bit crowded but worked overall. The bedroom with the 2 single beds was much smaller than the picture looked. If you had kids, this would be perfect. The view was gorgeous. Communication with the host was great. She responded right away.

Lake side getaway

We had a great time at Rahna’s condo. Perfect for 4 people, especially 2 kids as the second bedroom is twin beds. The sundeck on the lake was our favorite spot to swim or to just relax with a cocktail. Rahna was in constant contact before and during the trip to make sure all was well. This is a great place if you are planning on seeing a show at the NHB Pavillion as we did, it’s only a 20 minute drive.Thanks Rahna and hopefully we’ll visit again.

My family and I will always remember this beautiful place at the lake. Our oldest daughter was getting married in Franklin New Hampshire we wanted a place to be together as a family and to be able to get to the wedding venue and others places without to much to drive my husband I and my parents and our daughters enjoyed our time very much. We recommend this place so much, so beautiful view of sunsets right from the porch. Thank you.

Clean and convenient.

Property was very well kept and extremely clean. 4 stars instead of 5 because it was quite q bit smaller than we expected. The kitchen, living and dining room are all one room. There were just two of us, so space was adequate, however, with four or six it would be tight. Dining table small and only has 4 chairs. The second bathroom is nice to have.

Nice quick getaway

Property was great. Able see lake from couch. Owner was attentive to needs. Unfortunately, neither of us could do anything about the pouring rain. (lol) Maybe return when weather is warmer and can take advantage of all amenities.

What's not to love about this property? It is super-close to everything you'd want to get to in the Lakes Region, Gunstock Mountain (15 minutes away) and White Mountain National Park (45 miles away), has great views, lots of sleeping space and so many amenities available through the Lord Hampshire Association--relaxing on the dock, splashing around in the swimming area or enjoying the game room with family or friends!
