Location and Amenities! Our condo in Laconia, NH offers the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. Just a 10-minute drive from Gunstock and Bank of NH Pavilion and Weir's Beach, our location is ideal for anyone looking to experience all the area has to offer.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Winnipesaukee year-round, including stunning sunsets. Plus, the charming town of Meredith is just a 10-minute drive away. Come and enjoy a relaxing getaway in the heart of New Hampshire!

The space
Our lake-side condo boasts a stunning studio layout with vaulted ceilings, creating an open and airy atmosphere. The king-size bed is perfect for a restful night's sleep, while the futon couch offers additional sleeping space for small children. For your convenience, our fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

After a day of exploring the area, refresh and rejuvenate in out condo with a full bath. Guests have access to a basketball court, game room, outdoor pool, and grill to enjoy with family and friends. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and take advantage of our free parking including space for motorcycles or boats.

Welcome to our stunning lake-side condo property! As our guests, you will have access to a wide range of amenities, including a refreshing outdoor pool, a picturesque picnic area, a modest gym, a fun game room, and a handy laundry center.

To access your unit, simply proceed to the 4th floor via elevator or stairs, and you will find your home away from home! Please note that these amenities are shared with other friendly condo owners. Also, while the balcony and chairs are not directly connected to our unit, they are available for all guests to enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding area.

We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences that our condo property has to offer!

Other things to note
We have two units side by side that can connect (like a hotel)! If interested in renting both please contact me for discount pricing! This is great for families or two parties who want separate sleeping but want to enjoy all the fun together!

Went to the blink 182 concert with my girlfriend. This was the perfect spot to crash and hang out. Only downside is that I didn’t book another night.

Excellent views of the Lake. Super clean property in a well maintained building. Pool was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Great Spot

Everything as advertised. Beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee. Perfect spot to stay for traveling from out of state to attend a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford.

What to expect

Beautiful view but needs updating. Simple updates could make big difference. AC extremely loud could not sleep first night 2nd night had to turn off AC to sleep. TV also needs to be updated, Doesn't respond well to remote and sound is very bad. Mattress is good good but bring your own pillow

Nice studio room, but walls were thin (kids partying next door). Close to many things, place was clean, Wi-Fi was touch and go most of the trip.

Perfect Stay

What a wonderful property. The first thing that my wife and I noticed was the cleanliness of the room. It was so cute and we loved the high ceiling. We stayed here for a concert at the nearby Bank of NH pavilion. Would stay here again!

Six Days in Laconia

Condo was nice. Check-in easy. Communicated to change our dates of stay multiple times and owner got back within a reasonable amount of time. King bed was very comfortable. The Condo was clean. Full fridge, stove and a dish washer - which we didn't use. There's a side street near the Cumberland Farms that makes it easier to get onto the boardwalk. Only complaints, and people may want to consider this if going on a vacation to relax and sleep in... the walls are paper thin. We could hear the people next door and a child screeching throughout the stay. We brought a sound machine and could drown out noise a little bit at night but it didn't help much in the mornings when they woke up. The other complaint is that while there is a BEAUTIFUL view from the studio large window, there are no blackout curtains. Even closing curtains at night did not prevent sunlight glaring into the room every morning at sunrise, and sunrise is VERY early in the morning. It made sleeping in very difficult. Also, we had a really difficult time finding the garbage dumpster. Several people were walking around with their garbage trying to find the dumpster at check-out . It was not anywhere where we were told it would be. We found it at the beginning of the drive up to the building. Overall, it was nice. Location, Location, Location 3 - 5 min drive to all the activity in Weirs Beach. It's 4 miles from the Bank of NH Pavilion which we stayed in Weirs Beach to go to a concert. Also very close to FunSpot.

Wonderful stay

It was a great comfortable place with lots of activities both under the best and worst weather. We enjoyed the pool when the weather was great and the board games during the rainy day. I would just list that the balcony is on the premises and not attached to the room. Other than that we would definitely stay again.
