Great place for family!

The condo has comfortable beds, nice kitchen, comfortable living area. We especially enjoyed the location which was walkable to town but also quiet and peaceful. We loved the deck with a barbecue and propane fire pit. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts as well.

Clean facility that was conveniently located to all that Breckenridge has to offer. All the amenities expected were in place. All instructions for use of property were provided before arrival making for very easy stay

The location was very convenient to all the Breckenridge activities. The unit was clean and had all the amenities that you would expect. Directions to use unit were clear and complete. It is also a short hop if you want to go to Lake Dillon or any of the other surrounding attractions.

Nice condo

The condo was very nice. It was available when it was supposed to be and the Free Ride pickup was onsite for the skiers. There was a broken cabinet handle and one of the cabinet hinges was off but other than that it was quite a nice stay.

Nice Place

We like the location, right on a transit bus stop. It was warm and roomy. However, the place is pretty run down. The carpets are worn quite a bit, and the area rug is so curled at the corners it is a tripping hazard. And it is priced as though it was a 5 star place. Other than that, a nice place for a ski vaca.

ample space with modern amenities

A great condo in Breckenridge that is walking distance from the main strip. There is plenty of space and a deck with a beautiful view. The bathrooms and kitchen have modern appliances (heated bathroom floors!) and the master room has a VERY comfortable bed. Management was highly communicative. Would definitely stay again. The property was o.k. Nothing special just seemed like the upkeep hasn’t been done. The outside patio/sitting area was cracked and possibly unsafe. The sand in the volleyball court was full of sticks, plants and wasn’t fun playing barefoot. The master bedroom and bathroom was nice. The house had everything we needed. But the overall feeling was it was fine but we weren’t blown away.

There were some issues when we arrived but those were taken care of within hours. The only odd thing is there wasn't a dining table, but that's it. Good location and clean, the heated master bathroom floor was a bonus on chilly mornings :)

Great spot!

For our group of 7 well, and it’s in a great location. A few items around the house need repairs, the shower doors fall off and so does the barn door in the master. Otherwise loved the stay, would book again.

Outdated Frat House

This place was very misleading, property itself was very old and outdated, dusty and felt like a mans cave. Beers & pizza boxes were left on balcony. In no way was this a family friendly condo. We had two families with small children who spent their yearly vacation fund on a dirty old misleading spot. Shared space was dirty, smelly and down right dangerous. The pool area smells of mold and the pool was slippery everywhere - who has an indoor pool 11feet deep?! only good thing was location to town. super disappointed in this as we spent an incredible amount of money being Prez day wknd.
