La situation Cuisine exigue et surtout equipée au minimum : pas de four, juste un micro onde sans gril. Lit 140. TV pas très grande et d'un modèle ancien.

Great location

The balcony was the big benefit with this apartment. The kitchen area is very small which was fine for us as we weren’t cooking. A couple of minor things which can be expected with rental properties, eg no plug for the sink, table extension was broken. None of these really mattered but just need a bit more attention from the Company. I reported both.

Great Location

I loved the view, the southern exposure and the location. Nestor & Jeeves rentals are always well maintained and the flats temselves are what the photos show, which is not always the case with other rental platforms. Thank you. Disappointing

The property is shabby and cheaply decorated and furnished with odd bits of mismatched furniture and could no way be described a luxury or premium, cheap nasty towels provided, wire clothes hangers , the bathroom stank of humid damp as the extract fan does not work and the apartment had probably not been used for a while prior to our arrival, we left the odour eliminators for the next guests! the property screams budget except the price. Whilst the location is great, the owners should spend some money on the place .

Beste Lage in einer der schönsten Städte Europas

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment ist kleiner, als man aufgrund der Bilder vermutet. + top Lage + großer Balkon + sehr sauber + Ausstattung der kleinen(!) Küche - Schlafzimmer/Bett sehr klein/eng - wenig Stauraum für Kleidung - Beleuchtung im Bad etwas dunkel (Stichwort Rasieren) - Wlan langsam (wurde von uns aber nicht wirklich benötigt)

Perfect apartment Nice!

The location was fabulous because it was walkable to everywhere in Nice and also very close to both tram lines. The apt. has a large, sunny terrace, overlooking the lovely windows, balconies and rooftops of Nice. The building is very well managed and maintained. Gordiy, at the N&J concierge desk was always very helpful and attentive. A truly wonderful experience!

appartement lumineux très bien situé

nous avons passé un séjour très agérable dans l'appartement Gibraltar.Le grand atout de cet appartement est sa situation au coeur de la ville et la pièce principale donnant sur une terrasse inondée de soleil. Le seul point négatif est la cuisine trop exigue.

un Séjour inoubliable <3 à refaire

Emplacement très central "Rue Pietonne", tout près des transports en commun. Appartement très propre, assez grand pour 2 personnes. Pour une première expérience, je ne pouvais pas mieux démarrer.L´appartement est très sympa, cosy, confortable et bien équipé ,que je recommande vivement.Claude était toujours disponible et il a tout fait pour accepter Ma demande malgré que c´était en dernière minute et il s´est parfaitement organisée pour répondre à cette demande favorablement. je recommande cet appartement ! Il est Top surtout la terrasse !
