This newly updated, beautiful private 2800+ square foot 3 bedroom, 4 full bath villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen tv’ s, in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. 
There are two beautiful master suites, each having a king bed with pillow top mattresses, a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks, a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of 2 with a full bath off the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa la Estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area. 
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens.
