Pet-Friendly Fenced Home w/Pool & Spa Heat - 3 Miles from Disney

Welcome to your dog-friendly theme park retreat! This home has an extra-large fenced in yard, making it the perfect stay for families who want to bring their four-legged friends. Relax in the pool and spa (heat included) while your pups run around in the fenced yard. The neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks, making it easy to walk your furry friends.
This house is just 3 miles from Disney's closest theme park and about 16 miles from Universal Studios Theme Park. Explore Universal's new park, Universal Epic Universe.

We welcome well behaved dogs of all sizes and are flexible with the number of dogs, with prior approval.

The home is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room, Smart TVs, ping pong table and pool table. The covered Lanai by the pool is complete with patio furniture and a safety screen for your small children's safety.

The back yard includes a 6-foot-high privacy fence (completely fenced in). Plenty of running room for the kids and dogs.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a microwave, dishwasher. coffee maker, and dish/cookware. Dishwasher detergent is included. There are great sightlines of the pool and backyard from the kitchen, as well as living room and dining areas!

Each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs. All bedrooms have been updated with new beds and mattresses and have ceiling fans with overhead lighting. The two King bedrooms each have their own full bath. The queen and full bedrooms share a full bath. The laundry room is fully equipped with iron, ironing board, and small bottle of laundry detergent provided.

There are multiple great restaurants, Walmart, and a Publix grocery store close by. WIFI, pool towels, bath towels, sheets/bedding is all provided.

This Florida gem has all the comforts of home and just 3 miles from the excitement of Disney!

Our stay at this property was everything you hope for when booking a stay. Communication was great and accommodating, clean home and great location. Can’t say enough about the owner and how responsive and accommodating she was. We appreciate the hospitality and would specifically seek this property out the next time we visit Florida because of Bridget.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was a perfect setup for our family. Everything was as listed on here and the location was perfect to everywhere we wanted to go. Our dog also enjoyed his stay and we appreciate that we were able to bring him with us. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the layout of the house, the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The pups enjoyed the freedom they had with the nice large fenced in back yard. The location was close to everything yet you were out of the chaos of the main strip! Highly recommended!

Great location, lots of space, great yard for the dog. Great response time if any questions or issues arise.It gets a little warm not being able to lower the AC below 72 and there’s cosmetic updates needed but is a great place to stay.

Plenty of space in this home. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of sidewalks and park area. Conveniently located to fun and food. Lots of food! But the best part was the pool/hot tub. We spent plenty of time in there after walking... a lot. Would definitely come back.

Enjoyed our stay, house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and hot tub after hot days at the parks. Brought our dog and he really enjoyed running in the back yard. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect for Family

Everything as advertised. Plenty for everyone to do…pool, hot tub, pool table ping pong. Close to theme parks and shopping. Very pleased with our stay.

Disney trip

This house was perfect for our Disney trip. It was a short drive to all the parks. The pool with the hot tub was a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around the parks.we had our two little dogs with us so the fenced yard made it nice for them. I would definitely stay here again.
