Less than 10 minutes from downtown Kirkland waterfront parks, restaurants. 15 minute drive to popular Woodinville Wineries. 30 minutes to downtown Seattle attractions. Short drive/long walk to Safeway grocery or Walgreens drug store.

2 Queen beds, 2 Double beds, 1 Sofa Sleeper (in living room), includes all bed linens, bathroom towels, spacious closets with hangers, laundry room with full washer/dryer, detergent/dryer sheets included, WiFi , office space with desk and lamp, Direct TV in living room and back bedroom, full kitchen including coffee, dishwasher, dining area off kitchen seats 8, wood burning stove for those cold winter nights.

Huge backyard with BBQ grill and raised patio/deck. Backyard fire pit.

Please respect our older neighbors and limit noise to before 11pm. Maximum of 3 cars, driveway fits 2. Limited cul-de-sac parking .
