Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, tollem Garten mit mehreren Sitzplätzen und als großartiges Extra Surfbretter, Strandequipment, Fahrräder, SUP, Gesellschaftsspiele etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls unschlagbar: der See ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und der Atlantikstrand in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Tolle Gastgeber, die immer ansprechbar waren und auch nach unserer Abreise sehr hilfsbereit waren, als wir leider etwas im Haus vergessen hatten. Ganz toller Aufenthalt, wir empfehlen das Haus sehr!

Wunderbarer Bungalow mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Gute Lage. Ruhig. Ideal zum See, zum Meer Auto erforderlich. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Excellent séjour entre amis

Excellent séjour à Hourtin dans cette très belle maison (à deux pas du Lac) au calme et avec tout le confort nécessaire ce qui était d'autant plus appréciable que nous avons eu une météo capricieuse. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants, la maison est très bien équipé (grande cuisine), literies excellentes, coin jardin et table à l'extérieur. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Très belle maison avec de grands volumes, meublée avec soin et efficacité (grandes penderies dans les chambres). Belle cuisine avec tous les ustensiles pour effectuer les repas en toute sérénité. Beau jardin avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de belles soirées : barbecue, salon de jardin à 3 endroits différents. Douche extérieure : parfait pour les retours de plage. Le plaisir de faire ses courses de première nécessité à pied. Belle plage sur le lac accessible à pied aussi. Nous reviendrions volontiers une 2nde fois. C'est une location que nous recommandons vivement.

Great Accommodation, Great Location

This was one of 2 properties we stayed in during our 2 week stay in Hourtin. It’s a really modern home from home that has everything you need for quality holiday. It is furnished to a high standard, all modern fittings, a well stocked kitchen and a really good location In a quiet cul de sac close to the port. Julien was always really helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Hopefully we will be back!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt und alle Erwartungen übertrifft!

Wir haben mit drei Generationen in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll und modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus einen traumhaften Ferienaufenthalt genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die gesamte Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und war noch komfortabler und umfangreicher, als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die gesamte Einrichtung und das Haus mit Garten waren gepflegt und sehr sauber - 1a!. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und sehr nett, wie auch der Kontakt zu der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Die ruhige Lage und der wirklich nahe gelegene See haben zusätzlich für einen erholsamen und stressfreien Urlaub gesorgt. Alles in allem können wir diese Ferienunterkunft wärmstens empfehlen - hätte auch ohne weiteres einen 6. Stern verdient. Machen wir nochmals in dieser Region Urlaub, werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder dieses Ferienhaus buchen wollen.

super semaine en famille dans un très beau coin de France

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette propriété à Hourtin, L'endroit est tel que décrit dans l'annonce, tout est presque neuf et bien entretenu, décoré et agencé avec soin. Situé dans un quartier plutôt calme, proche de la plage du Lac mais assez loin pour ne pas être incommodé par le bruit des animations du soir (concert, karaoké,etc). Il y a des commerces à proximité et nous avons loué des vélos, il y a de belles pistes cyclables en site propre, idéal pour les enfants, qui permettent de rejoindre la mer en toute sécurité.Bon contact avec le propriétaire qui répond rapidement aux demandes.
