La maison est très agréable. L emplacement est parfait, dans la pinède, sans vis à vis. On peut aller à la plage à pieds et la piste cyclable est juste à côté donc il est facile de se passer de voiture.La maison est très belle, super deco tendance surf/beach house/ cabane chic avec tous les équipements dont on peut avoir besoin et même un peu plus. La piscine est super agréable, chauffée, et bordée d’une grande terrasse bien exposée et sans vis à vis. Il y a également une douche extérieure bien pratique au retour de la plage et un abri vélo avec une prise pour les vélos électriques. La communication est absolument parfaite que ce soit avec la conciergerie ou les propriétaires. Bref on a passé un super séjour et on sera ravis de revenir!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und entspannte zwei Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Die Terasse ist großzügig überdacht und dadurch regensicher. Wir haben es genossen, zu Fuß zum Strand zu gehen und danach den Nachmittag am Pool ausklingen zu lassen. Auch schöne Fahrradtouren kann man von hier unternommen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Strand ein Traum, der Ort selbst ist nicht sehr charmant und die dortigen kulinarischen Möglichkeiten sind begrenzt. Die Kommunikationsmittel verlief reibungslos und freundlich.

Ein toller zweiter Aufenthalt

Wir sind diesmal bereits zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. In diesem Jahr sogar drei anstatt zwei Wochen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt erneut genossen. Das stilvolle Holzhaus, die entspannte Veranda und die Ruhe haben sehr gut getan. Zu dem tollen Strand und der Brandung muss man sowieso nicht viel sagen. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Ein rundum traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen, Spaß haben und Genießen für die ganze Familie. Sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist an alle Annehmlichkeiten gedacht, ruhig und sonnig, auf Veranda aber immer schattig bzw. notfalls auch regensicher. Leckere Restaurants und Cafés im hübschen Ort und natürlich Strand in angenehmer Gehweite. Formidable!

Simplement exceptionnel

Une magnifique location parfaitement équipée dans un cadre exceptionnel a deux pas de l'ocean, des restos et commerces de Carcans-Plage. Difficile de faire mieux! Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. L'accueil et le depart ont été parfaitement gérés avec professionnalisme et flexibilité. L'adresse va circuler dans notre famille et chez nos amis.

Wunderschönes und naturnahes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren vier Kindern sehr genossen und direkt für das nächste Jahr gebucht. Die Fotos sind hundertprozentig authentisch. Der Strand ist traumhaft, die Grillen zirpen im umgebenden Pinienwald und der Salzwasserpool ist wunderbar in die hölzerne Terasse integriert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Idyllique !

La maison est superbe comme sur les photos avec une belle vue sur la forêt de pins. Nous avons étais bien reçu, le check-in c'est bien passé et le checkout aussi. Bonne proximité de l'océan avec de belle vague a surfer et de nombreux sentiers cyclables avec un lac magnifique a seulement 20min en vélo. On ne pouvait pas mieux tomber!

Un emplacement idéal, dans un lotissement privée au calme pour une maison bois hyper bien conçue. La douche extérieure est un pur bonheur en rentrant de la plage, située à proximité. Les enfants ont adoré.

Une maison très agréable décorée avec goût. Un petit coin de paradis sous les pins proche de l’ocean. Tout peut être fait à vélo grâce aux pistes cyclables. Nous reviendrons !

Super ausgestattetes sehr ruhiges hochwertiges Haus

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig am Waldrand innerhalb eines kleinen Wohngebietes mit überall sehr schönen Häusern. Weg zu Strand und in den Ort innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Carcans-Plage ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort, entspannte Atmosphäre.

Traumhaft!!!

Das Haus ist ein Traum, es ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche übrig. Wir durften drei tolle Wochen in den Sommerferien hier verbringen. Wir Eltern und unsere 4 Kinder im Alter von 11, 9, 8 und 2 Jahren haben sich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft sind die Betten bereits bezogen, Handtücher sind vor Ort, sogar ein Fön ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, eins davon mit eigenem Waschbecken und Dusche. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, welches durch eine Schranke begrenzt wird. Das Grundstück ist toll, es liegt am Rand des Pinienwaldes, hier kann man wirklich entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Es gibt einen offenen Schuppen, indem man perfekt Fahrradträger, Dachbox, Fahrräder, Buggy und Bollerwagen trocken unterbringen kann. Daneben befindet sich eine Außendusche mit warmem Wasser. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen gemütlichen Platz mit Sesseln, der immer in der Sonne liegt. Die Terasse ist riesig und lädt mit Ihrer Sitzecke und den zwei Liegen zum Kuscheln und Lesen ein. Der große Terassentisch lädt zum Frühstück im Freien oder zu lustigen Spieleabenden ein. Selbst bei Regen sitzt man hier kuschelig und warm. Den Ort fanden wir klasse. Er ist überschaubar und gemütlich, so dass wir hier auch bedenkenlos unsere drei großen Kids alleine losziehen lassen konnten. Dennoch gibt es mehrere Restaurants, Kneipen, Eisdielen, Surfshops, einen Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Souvenirladen....genial! Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und werden im nächsten Sommer wieder in diesem "Traumhaus", in diesem traumhaften Ort Urlaub machen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf die nächsten drei unvergesslichen Wochen und bedanken uns bei den sehr, sehr netten Vermietern für diese tolle Zeit in Ihrem grandiosen Haus!

Wir waren im Sommer 2015 hier und hatten eine phantastische Zeit. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ohne Durchgangsverkehr, ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, mit allem wünschbaren ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

Holzhaus Carcans Plage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem neuen, bestens ausgestattetem Holzhaus. Es liegt am Rand einer kleinen Häusersiedlung in einem Pinienwäldchen. Es war absolut ruhig (abgesehen von ein paar Zikaden), ausreichend Abstand zu den Nachbarhäusern und nach hinten Blick auf einen jungen Pinienwald - herrlich! Bis zum schönsten Strand, den wir bisher kennengelernt haben sind es etwa 5min, kilometerlanger und je nach Wasserstand (Ebbe und Flut) ca. 60-150 breiter feinster Sandstrand. Wer jedoch auf Schwimmen aus ist, wird öfters enttäuscht sein, die Wellen sind i.d.R. mind. 1,50-2,0m hoch. ;-) Für Surfer perfekt. Ich kann das Haus in dieser Lage und Umgebung nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin auf Englisch war auch super.
