We had a great stay! The location is fantastic — close to everything in the West End while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything we needed for a few days. Having parking was a huge plus, and we especially appreciated that it’s truly dog-friendly. Tula absolutely loved it, especially being so close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 days in Provincetown! This was our first visit, and our Border Collie, Briggs also had a great time. The location of this property was perfect with the dog-friendly beach right across the street! The home was beautiful, and Jason made us feel right at home. Amazing Ptown Getaway!

We returned for Ptown for our 10th Family Week and had an absolutely delightful time at Jason and Rory’s place. It was just as advertised—ample room for a family of four, well-apportioned, perfect location to the beach and to town, parking, etc. What’s more, the communication was outstanding, and the entire experience was seamless. Everything We Needed

The location, the size, the accommodations…literally EVERYTHING was exactly what we needed! From the moment we booked until we arrived, Jason was responsive and friendly. Great location in the West End. Easy walk to town and great little beach across the street. The home was cute and had everything you need. Our dog didn’t love the spiral stairs but did learn how to use them in a few days. We had a great week in PTown!

Great Early Season Ptown Getaway

My husband, German Shepherd and I enjoyed our sweet and short stay right off of Commercial Street. The place was cute and cozy. The lower level of the place stayed cooler than I’d like even with the heat turned up, but this was easily remedied with the nice big blanket on the king sized bed. It was very pleasant to sleep in on after a couple nights of bar hopping. Definitely worth the visit, especially with the drive in from Boston.

Cute Little Getaway

The unit was very cute with great artwork, a nice space, and was perfect for myself and the two friends who came along with me. It was an easy walk down to all the shopping and waterfront businesses which we very much enjoyed. Every communication was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Loved it.

Long Weekend for my 42nd Birthday!

My husband and I just wanted a quite quick get away for my birthday. We invited another couple to join us and we had our dog as well. The property is on the west end right near the dog park, which was perfect for watching the sun rise while taking out the dog for a walk in the morning. This is a basement apartment with no natural light. Though pet friendly the death spiral staircase required we carry our pet up and down. Stairs at rear were dirty and uneven. Would never go back nor recommend. The deck and outdoor facilities are deeded to other units. READ THE LISTING CAREFULLY AND EACH WORD FROM BEGINNING TO END. The rental is in a good location and hosts were reliable and responsive.

As this guest has suggested, and unlike what this guest did, we encourage future guests to carefully read our listing. What's perfect for many is exactly what others are not looking to rent. We're a 5-star option for literally hundreds of past guests since 2018 (143 to be exact), and a 2-star option for the less thorough people like Martin who book our place without reading what they are renting - our second bad review in 8 years. Both situations involved someone like him who did not read our listing. We're an open book and want to be sure that our place is the perfect home base for your Ptown adventure. Ask us questions. Double-check our listing. Final note - Death spiral staircase is quite unfair. It's a standard spiral staircase that we make very clear is not something that dogs like to ascend or descend. Our 50-pound lab mix never used it, and we brought her in and out through the exterior staircase, again as we clearly suggest to guests. OK enough from me. Don't be like Martin. Double-check our listing and if it works for you, come stay with us! :)

Handsome decor, perfection locale, and all you need at your fingertips

We recently stayed at this premium, attractive two-floor condo, situated right on Commerstial St. in the West End. The location thereby allows a soujourn from the vibrant liveliness that comes with downtown - and allowing you and your party to join in that when it's your time to let loose. The property was suitable for our family of three (including a 1 year, 8 month old), but also way appropriate for those without baby, like a handsome twenty-something I wish I still was (turning 40 in two days...) Bathroom was a white with high-end fixued, ready for a chilled glass of white to soften you after a busy day. Wifi, heat, AC, Roku, expert decorative appointments, and super friendly hosts make this property a must-go for P-town. We'll be back again for sure. Thanks Jason for making our weekend a great one! Terrific!

Why they chose this property

We have many friends who love visiting Provincetown, and it's so easy to get there from our home in Massachusetts. We have been managing our vacation home in New Hampshire for a number of years, and have learned how to create a comfortable space for travelers to enjoy. We picked Ptown for our next vacation home and after searching all over town for quite some time - literally from one end to the other - we saw this property hit the market and we immediately made an offer that same day. The situation was perfect, and we saw a number of opportunities to improve the space. We worked on it for a few months, and we're thrilled to make it available for Ptown visitors to enjoy!

What makes this property unique

The building has 4 condo units, and the other owners have such obvious pride in ownership. The grounds are maintained meticulously, and we find that passersby stop to admire the gardens in the front. All owners also utilize their units, so we all keep them clean and visually interesting.

You cannot beat the location right on Commercial Street right across from a popular beach. The West End is amazing - so quiet, but so close to everywhere you'll want to be!
