About a 7 minute walk to Commercial Street and The Boatslip you’ll be close to all the fun while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The Stop & Shop and nearby liquor store are just two blocks away, making it convenient to enjoy meals and cocktails on the delightful private patio, complete with a modern outdoor grill. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay — air conditioning in every room, a large TV with great viewing angles from both the living room and kitchen, and a dedicated desk area if you need to get a little work done. The spaces are bright and cheerful with multiple windows in almost every room. A washer and dryer are also available and on-site parking is included.

Wonderful home for a perfect visit to PTown. Friendly, kind hosts, easy to communicate with. Located very close to supermarket and gym. Short easy walk to the Boatslip, Commercial Street. Clean, comfortable, relaxing place. Nice amenities, easy to control zoned air conditioning, Wifi, Smart TV and an Amazon Alexa that'll play music whenever you ask. Will definitely recommend to friends and hope to return for another visit!

This is a great place to stay for any trip to PTown!! The hosts are absolutely amazing and have gone the extra mile to make sure there are so many amenities available during a stay. They’ve thought of just about everything including kitchen stuff and had items available in the event something came up like bad weather or to use for shopping. It was a very comfortable place to settle in and cozy during my stay. Absolutely loved the patio! It was such a convenient location too, very easy walking to Commercial Street and felt so easy to get around. Really appreciated the dedicated parking too which made getting in and out for the beach super easy. I couldn’t recommend staying at this place more! I’m looking forward to a return trip to PTown and hope to stay here again!

We have recently listed our home on VRBO, a departure from the past 5 years when we primarily rented to friends and acquaintances. We beleive the past 5 years’ experience has prepared us for new friends through VRBO to be blown away by all our property has to offer.

We reside in NYC for now and we are used to easy access to shopping. Although our property is on a quiet, beautifully maintained street, we are just close enough to the Stop and Shop to make that early morning run for more eggs or that evening run for those chips and salsa!

Arriving at our property you will see it looks exactly as pictured…we hope guests agree…perhaps even better!
