Take a break & unwind in this charming one bedroom located in a house right on the water on Commercial St’s bay side. This charming 2nd floor unit is located in the peaceful East End gallery district of Provincetown. The unit features a beach access, a small private deck, and a shared beach deck with lounge chairs. The sunrises & magic hours will mesmerize you! This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway! There are other units available in this house. See property IDs below below. Please note the floors of this unit are a bit sloped & you are above an art gallery.

The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The unit is not directly on the water but is in a house that is on the waterfront. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a bedroom with a queen size bed & window AC, a living room with a coffee table with pull out desk to work on a laptop, a small private deck, a bathroom with bathtub & shower, and a kitchen. Note that the unit has some sloping floors. In the summer, turn on the AC if needed. In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice & warm. You may hear some traffic in the daytime as you are on Commercial St. You will enjoy watching the water views from the shared beach deck or from the beach!

Charming place and perfect location. Very clean. Walkable to all the sights on Commercial St in Provincetown but tucked in quietly with the other beautiful residential homes and studio shops. Great view of the water with a deck to walk out on. Close to the best restaurants and really good coffee is about a 5 minute quick or 10 minute leisurely walk away. Paid street parking is tight but available. This won’t apply to everyone but there are sturdy wooden stairs in an older building if you need to carry anything with you up and down stairs, to be mindful of. Wasn’t an issue for us but we have a large dog and are used to it. Thank you for being dog friendly with no weight or size limit as long as they’re well behaved!

I had a wonderful experience here after staying a full week! The location couldn't be better: walking distance to everything in Ptown, and nestled in a relatively quiet area on the East side of town by all the art galleries. The property is also directly on the water, making it super easy to go for a walk or swim. The space itself was clean, comfortable and coastal chic. Highly recommend!

Awesome Getaway!

Excellence from the moment we arrived. Alain was very personable and accommodating. Property is very inviting, clean, quiet and relaxing. Everything we needed was available in our Unit. The neighborhood is quiet with many art galleries around. You will enjoy blissful views of sunrises and magic hours over the bay. This is your P'town on the water getaway!
