Welcome to Villa Rose Del Sol Bonaire.
The villa is five minutes north of the island s main town of Kralendijk in the upscale neighborhood of Sabadeco, it is perfect for a family, friends or dive groups. Our Villa is just two blocks off the shore within a gate and a luscious garden
The large beautifully landscaped garden and quiet neighborhood affords privacy and relaxation that cannot be found in the busier resort areas. It is located near several dive sites, two blocks from the ocean and provides a wonderful view of the Caribbean and the island of Klein Bonaire.

We offer a very private and luxurious villa with your own swimming pool, large sun deck with furnished sitting area. The amazing view of Klein Bonaire and the ocean, and outdoor dining, you will find it a wonderful place to spend your getaway.

When you reserve Villa Rose del sol, you will be our exclusive guests. The rates are determined as a base rental with additions depending on the number of guests with you. The property and all its amenities will be for your use only.

From a romantic getaway for 2 to a family vacation or group of divers, this property has something for everyone
The home comfortably sleeps eight in four air-conditioned bedrooms. Three bedrooms have king size beds, one with 2 twin beds. There is the very large master bedroom with flat screen tv and dvd player and another bedroom with the two twin size beds on the one side of the house. On the other side of the house are two (en suite) bedrooms with king size beds and another powder room off the kitchen. Port a crib is available upon request.

There is a large living area with flat screen tv dvd player, cable tv, wireless internet, as well as fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room area. The Villa has everything you need for relaxing by the ocean, and features a gas BBQ, stocked kitchen cabinets, sink, refrigerator. The laundry room is also located in the villa off of the kitchen area.

Our Villa is equipped with a private dive room and a rinsing tank for all water sport enthusiasts.
Relax around your own large & private pool with cushioned lounge chairs to enjoy the Bonaire sun. There are exposed areas for sunning, and extensive covered sitting areas when you want some shade. It is not necessary to heat the pool with the warm Bonaire air.

Relax or dine outside under the large porch, watch the sunrise and the sunset. Relax on the deck and be surrounded by all the tropical parrots that fly by.
Walk down a few blocks and access the secluded beach along Bonaire Marine Park sites of Andrea I and II. It’s your choice, enjoy lazy afternoons at the pool watching for birds, or snorkel in the incredibly vibrant underwater world. Easy SCUBA entry is just 1- minute drive north and south from our home.
The palm tree lined driveway can easily accommodate 6 vehicles, with additional parking space available on the property.

House and location were perfect for us. Nice rinse tank and gear storage downstairs. Dvd player wasn't there and the grill was charcoal not gas. Not a big deal but we probably would have grilled every night if we didnt have to go find charcoal. Best place we have stayed in Bonaire and will see if its available next trip.

We enjoyed staying in the villa for 12 days (Family of 7 adults). From the terras It has a beautiful view over the ocean & klein Bonaire, it is located near to numerous Diving & snorkling spots as Well as the cosy Centre of Kralendijk and the villa itself is excellent.Highly recommended!

Great location

Great location. Very nice owners. The property needs a lot of work. But I know they were planning renovations soon. I would stay there again. Even just some minor things like drains working, doors shutting and a good cleaning would make a big difference. Truly has potential and is a perfect location.

Love this house!

This is our second time at this property! The location/facilities of this property are perfect for us... we are a group of divers that love the Bonaire shore diving and this villa is centrally located for all the sites we love to drive to. The rinse sink and dive locker is a very cool feature. The house itself is beautifully maintained, the kitchen is well equipped and the AC works great. When we aren't diving, we're out by the pool in the comfy loungers. The sunsets are beautiful from here!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. The amenities were all we needed. The pool was a pleasure and it is not far from town and next to some nice dive sites. The kitchen was fully stocked, enabling my husband to make some nice meals. You will need to stop and pick up toilet paper and paper towels as there was no more than for the first day. The alarm system worked well and the rinse room was easy for our dive gear. Next time we come back, I hope to stay here again. Thank you very much!!

Amazing location

The house is very charming. The outdoor area with the pool is gorgeous. Location is not far from great snorkeling beach in a quiet area. There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. No air conditioning in the living room and kitchen area. It gets very hot and humid and uncomfortable to be there. Kitchen was superficially clean. Bad smell in the cabinets.

This villa is well laid out, great outdoor space, nice pool. No need to be inside with the spacious covered deck, or sun filled area around the pool. Nice views of Klein Bonaire and the ocean, especially at sunset. We had three adult couples stay, each had their own rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a privacy plus. Breakfasts at the villa saved money along with 'lunch' pool side (crackers/cheese, snacks) dinners out in town or take out eaten in the warm evening breeze. The neighborhood is a low traffic area, provides a safe, quiet area for nice morning walks to enjoy the variety of beautifully landscaped nearby homes. There is great snorkeling nearby as well as up and down the East Coast and the National Park.

Great place to stay in Bonaire!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property!! We used the pool every day and really loved the privacy of this property. The views were nice for sunset and we saw some incredible ones from the pool area. We saw little parrots flying around as well as bananaquits and hummingbirds. Lots of iguanas on the property! Did see one scorpion inside the house one night! Loved having screens in the main part of the house and the A/C was clutch in the bedrooms. It was a beautiful property but we did have some issues with cleanliness. It was addressed by the property owners to our satisfaction. This is a beautiful property and one that they’re continually doing renovations on — definitely worth booking it. You will love that outdoor space!!!!

Spacious and comfortable home

We had a great stay. You can tell the owners care about their home and the quality and cleanliness of the villa. The ACs are cold even on 25 and the beds are super comfortable. During the day we had the house open and had a nice breeze, it was April so always a breeze. But there are ceiling fans throughout even 3 large ones on the pool patio. You can see the sea from the master bedroom, the patio and the living room. And great snorkeling is in the neighborhood. The home has great security as well- an alarm system and multiple locks per door. There is a rinse room at the driveway level, and you can lock your gear up at night.

Family vacation

We loved this property for our three generation family vacation. The placement of the bedrooms (two on one side and two on the other side of the house) gave us ample privacy when wanted. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The big living room and large covered patio gave ample communal space. We ate meals around a large outdoor table (bring mosquito repellant as they arrive at dusk). It was hard to persuade the grandsons to leave the pool which was a great hit. Their swimming skills really improved. We were on the island to snorkel and dive. The ground level rinse room was very useful to clean/store gear. And the outdoor shower was well used. We loved some of the special touches, like the Bonaire themed Monopoly game. And the sunset view was magical even though it was too humid to see a green flash. We 🦩

Everything about this hiome was perfect, from the well equipped kitchen to the extra bathroom and the dive gear storage/cleaning area. We particularly enjoyed eating outside or inside, depending on our whim, and lounging by the pool when not diving. Had we had poor weather, we would have enjoyed the games and books, but instead we dove and prepared meals together while looking up fish we had seen that day and logging our dives. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we enjoyed identifying tropical birds which serenaded us. Bedrooms, common areas and bathrooms were spacious for five of us. Everything was immaculately clean. The property manager responded promptly to any questions, and scheduled maintenance like pool care was communicated ahead of time. The owners were also prompt with communication and even allowed us to borrow a cooler so the two of us who were staying for a second week could move our refrigerator food to the next unit. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would definitely book here again.

Great Outdoor space, indoor needs maintenance

The house is very confortable and has an excellent distribution for privacy if you are traveling in a group. Is located in a quiet neighborhood and you need a car to go to the beach. The space that we like the most is the outdoor space (swimming pool, gallery and barbecue) and has a very convenient room to clean and dry all the dive gear. Kitchen and laundry room is fully equipped. The indoor space needs urgent maintenance and updates. Sink in the master room was leaking, many lamps were burned (for example in the dressing room) and the fans and fan lights were not working properly. Same with the curtains, many of them were broken and you can not open them (a shame because the view of the garden and in the master bedroom is magnific). Some of the bathroom (master suite and toilet) have a continuos strong unpleasant smell and the shower arm was broken. The bed on the second room was broken and the mattress was deteriorated. In the master, the mattress was smaller then the bed.

My family and I started going to the beautiful island of Bonaire in the 1980's. The island has most certainly changed since then but it remains as one of the most beautiful diving locations in the world. My sister Rose and I returned to Bonaire in 2008 and the following year we purchased this home. In October of 2018, we lost my sister Rose to metastatic breast cancer and have renamed the home in her honor. We will forever have those memories, some of which were the best times of our lives spent in Bonaire. Now my husband Steven and I try and visit the island as much as possible, as we truly understand that we need to live each day to the fullest.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the layout of the home. The Living room, dinning area and kitchen overlook the large outdoor living space. There are 2 bedrooms located on opposite sides of the house giving you more privacy. The ocean view make for the best sunsets that I have seen in my life.
