The 60 m2 apartment, with 2 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, is perfectly suited for a couple with 2 children or 2 couples. The living room sofa is convertible. The kitchen is very well equipped: induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwashing and washing machines, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes for 6 people.
A flat screen TV and wi-fi are available.
The bathroom is equipped with an 80x120 shower cubicle, with hairdryer and towels
The balcony overlooks a garden in which a picnic area is available with a small barbecue.
Possibility of having two parking spaces.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Briançonnais ski resorts, namely:
- 5 minutes from Briançon Serre-Chevalier;
- 20 minutes from Montgenèvre, Puy St Vincent and Pelvoux;
- Half an hour from Vars.

Super nice location, everything present

had a very nice holiday,. We were allowed to use the garage to place our motorcycles. The car was also safely parked next to the house.

Staying in Paradise

We’d like to endorse all the lovely comments of previous guests. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and incredibly well equipped and comfortable and surrounded by wonderful views. It is close to the main road, a supermarket and within east reach of at least 3 ski centres. Whilst discrete, the owners couldn’t be more kind and helpful. We loved everything about our stay.

Fantastic stay; superb apartment and wonderful hosts

We had the most fantastic stay with Adrien and his wife. From start to finish it was perfect and we could ask for nothing more. When we arrived Adrien was there to meet us and and he and his wife showed us around the apartment and left us with a nice bottle of wine and some freshly made blackcurrent jam. The apartment is very well appointed and to a high standard. It was immaculate and everything had it's place in the kitchen. By far the best appointed kitchen we have had. The location is also superb surrounded by huge montains and fantastic views. We also has the use of Adrien's garage to assemble our bikes (we were racing on L'Etape du Tour). Our hosts were always available should we need anything and were very welcoming. Overall a fantastic visit and we would highly recommend a stay here. Should we be returning to this area we will certainly be in touch with Adrien. We travel a lot and frequently are underwhelmed by our accomodation but this time Adrien and his wife went well beyond our expectations. And should you chose to stay here, please look after the apartment. It's beautiful and we will want to return again. A&A Hampshire

Un très agréable séjour en famille

Un grand merci à Adrien et Marie pour leur accueil. Nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable dans ce gîte où l'on se sent bien. Sans faire beaucoup de route, nous avons pu faire de belles randonnées et du VTT. Nous le conseillons aux familles.

Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren

Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen und bot uns genug Platz um einen PKW mit Anhänger, sowie zwei Motorräder abzustellen. Diese fanden sogar in einer abschließbaren Garage Platz. Adrien der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bot uns neben der Werkzeugnutzung auch das Selbstpflücken von Kirschen aus dem eigenen Garten an. Die angebotene Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet. In der Küche haben wir kein noch so seltenes Utensil vermisst. So vollständig ausgestattet haben wir das noch nirgends erlebt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung verfügbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter. Liebe Grüße an Adrien und seine liebe Frau für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Parfait !

L'appartement est juste parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes avec ses deux chambres. A notre arrivée, les lits sont prêts, la propreté est irréprochable et l'accueil chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, de bons conseils et d'une grande gentillesse. Beaucoup de commerces sont à proximité (Decathlon, Pompe à essence, Carrefour Market, etc,...) et nous avons même le luxe de pouvoir choisir entre plusieurs domaines skiables (Serre Chevalier, Montgenèvre, Puy St Vincent, Voie lactée en Italie). Nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation ! C'est certain ! Nous remercions encore Adrien et Marie pour notre super séjour en famille.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben leider nur eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns fest vorgenommen, das nächste Mal länger zu bleiben. Die Gegend ist überwältigend und in jeder Himmelsrichtung gibt es unglaublich viel zu entdecken. Schon der Blick aus dem Garten auf die umliegenden Berge ist spektakulär. Es gibt sehr viel Informationsmaterial für diverse sportliche Aktivitäten, auch Wanderkarten für die komplette Umgebung stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Wem das nicht reicht, kann gerne Adrien um Ratschläge bitten, er und seine Frau Marie sind sehr nette, hilfsbereite und trotzdem diskrete Eigentümer. Die Wohnung ist wirklich außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, äußerst sauber, wir haben uns sofort rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Camp de base idéal à proximité de Briançon

Nous séjournons assez régulièrement dans les Hautes-Alpes et ce gîte a été pour nous une belle découverte. Nous avons apprécié son confort et son équipement (notamment la superbe et vaste cuisine), les tonalités de la décoration, les photos « maison » (comme les confitures ;-) ) de fleurs et paysages de montagne , ainsi que le calme, la vue bucolique et l’air pur du lieu (tout en demeurant suffisamment proche de Briançon). Et la possibilité de garer deux voitures et d’entreposer des vélos ou du matériel de montagne dans un grand garage fermé mérite d’être soulignée. Nous aurons l’occasion de revenir et aurons plaisir à retrouver Adrien et Marie, connaisseurs et amoureux de cette belle région, dont l’accueil est si sympathique et prévenant.

Helemaal compleet en centrale ligging

Zeer prettig ontvangst door de verhuurders en doorlopend heel goed contact. Het appartement is zeer compleet. In de keuken ontbreekt niets. Wasmachine en vaatwasser in de keuken, goede oven, aparte magnetron, staafmixer, etcetera. Goede bedden.

Perfekt

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Marie & Adrien. Es war einfach perfekt! Das Apartment ist blitzsauber, die Küche sehr vollständig ausgestattet. Es fehlt nichts und falls doch sind die Gastgeber jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und zentral, um rund um Briancon Ausflüge zu machen. Für Wandern, klettern, paddeln, Rafting und Mountainbike ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Es war ein Urlaub wie bei guten Freunden. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Le séjour est à peine terminé que l'on voudrait déjà retourner non seulement dans cette région, mais particulièrement dans ce gîte. Il était parfait, d'une propreté remarquable. Le gîte parfait! Die perfekte Ferienwohnung!

Notre séjour chez Marie et Adrien peut se résumer en un seul mot: PARFAIT! Toutes nos attentes ont été largement dépassées, l'équipement du gîte, le site et l'accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires... Si nous retournons un jour ou l'autre dans cette région, c'est sûr que ce sera à cette adresse que nous poserons nos valises. Merci encore de cet agréable séjour! Unser Aufenthalt bei Marie und Adrien kann in einem Wort zusammengefaßt werden: PERKEKT! Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen, die Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Lage und der herzliche Empfang durch die Besitzer...
