Beautiful

Carolina sun was beautiful and very spacious! I love renting from shoreline, they was always friendly and let us check into he house early! The house had alot of room and big kitchen. We love having towels and sheets provided to us for the week. Only things that I would suggest would be getting softer beds and more channels to select from for kids to watch on TV. We did have problem with our hot water however the maintenance was on it and got it fix within two days. Last thing there there is alot of spiders outside so be careful around pool area. Love the stay and would stay again.

We really liked this house...it was very homey!! I do however, have some suggestions. The swimming pool was very nice, but the inside of the pool was filthy!! There was sand and dirt caked to the bottom of the pool. It just needs a good vacuuming!! The first level bathroom has a drain problem in the shower and it could use new flooring!! We loved the pool table and al of the refrigerators throughout the house!!

The house was nice and the pool was large. After the tropical storm it did take a while to have the pool cleaned so we were swimming with a lot of pine needles and leafs. The beds weren't very comfortable. The stove had at least two broken burners and the soap dispenser in the dishwasher did not always open. Other than these items, the house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Great comfortable house!

We loved this house! So clean and comfortable with very cozy finishes and everything we needed! The house was well stocked and had everything we needed! Pool and hot tub were amazing and a close walk to the shops!

Beautiful vacation

The ride was long but the house and amenities were everything. I appreciated feeling like we were home, away from home! My whole family enjoyed every moment. The neighbors were renting also and they were very friendly.

Great House and Location

Loved this house Beautifully maintained house close to everything. Had a great time, owners thought of almost everything. Enjoyed the property and the location. Priced just right for all it had to offer. The only thing I would have changed is to be slightly more accommodating for infants and small children. Maybe a few toys, I playpen and stroller do people with infants don’t have to bring so much. I’d still rate it 5/5 and we would rent again. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us we will be back.

Great place

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the dishwasher. It appears we could t figure out how to start it.

We particularly loved how the hot tub was on the back screened in deck area so we could enjoy the outdoors without worrying about flying critters! Another bonus of this house is being a short drive to the 4x4 beach as well as having lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance!

The rental office was easily accessible for any issues, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The property also has access to different amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center.

Management Company was unresponsive and argumentative

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the property on Sunday and discovered that we had no wifi or cable. On Monday we realized we also did not have any hot water. We called both the management office as well as the emergency hot line multiple times over the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday(July 4th) time period. No one ever responded. We called again on Thursday morning only to be told we were lying about having left messages regarding our situation as they had no record. After accusing us of lying, they did send out a repair person for the hot water. We ended up calling the cable company directly (and they were much more responsive) in order to fix our wifi and cable. We sent our call logs to the Shoreline to prove we had left messages and we never heard back. If I owned this property, I would switch management companies asap.
