Il Toccoa Lodge è una bella casa immersa in 7 acri di terreno privato con 1.200 piedi di fronte al fiume. Sentieri ed escursioni circondano la proprietà insieme ad un'eccellente pesca alla trota proprio di fronte al Lodge. Trote di trofei superiori alle 10 libbre sono state catturate proprio al largo delle sponde del fiume. Dall'altra parte del fiume è una fattoria di 150 ettari con dolci colline.

Il Lodge è splendidamente decorato con abbondanti servizi tra cui una cucina gourmet, 2 grandi ponti patio - uno per ogni livello, 4 caminetti disponibili per l'uso, biliardo, calcio balilla, shuffle board coperta, multi-arcade con 60 giochi preferiti, 2 flipper, e anche la sala da gioco Golden Tee Golf. Pozzo del fuoco all'aperto con posti a sedere per 12 accanto al fiume con legna da ardere in omaggio. Una delle caratteristiche speciali è l'home theatre di recente aggiunta che presenta poltrone di lusso con posti a sedere per schermo da 12 "e 120" con audio e video di alta qualità per guardare eventi sportivi o film con la famiglia. We had a phenomenal time staying at this house in Blue Ridge! Twenty-four of us fit very comfortably and got great use out of the game room, theatre room, and kitchen. The location of the house along the scenic railway on the river made it a very peaceful atmosphere. We had a lot of trouble with the outdoor market lights but the lights inside of the house are well labeled and easy to navigate. I would recommend also booking the cottage at the same time for added privacy and fridge space!Overall we would stay here again and greatly enjoyed our time. Both Larry and Sarah were very helpful during our stay.

Lovely and relaxing

The home is a beautiful place to relax. We utilized every aspect of the home-the dock, the firepit, the outside seating areas, the theatre room and the games. We loved the large kitchen having room for several cooks to move around and everyone being able to sit together at the large dining counter. We ended up with only 15 people instead of the over 20 orginally planned for. However, if everyone had come, we would have been on top of each other. We occupied all the beds except for 2 ; so I don't know where everyone would have slept. Sarah was very gracious to answer all of my questions which I very much appreciated. I would definitely enjoy another visit to the lodge.

Unforgettable Family Getaway!

Our family stayed at this breathtaking cabin in Blue Ridge for four days, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the start, communication with the host was seamless and clear—everything we needed to know was provided ahead of time, making check-in and our overall experience stress-free.The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Tucked away by a serene lake, the cabin offered easy access yet felt completely private and peaceful. The views alone are worth the stay, and waking up by the water each morning was a dream.Cleanliness was top-notch. Every corner of the cabin was spotless, and you could tell it’s well taken care of. It comfortably accommodated our entire group with ease, and everyone commented on how well they slept each night—beds were incredibly cozy!The theater room was a pleasant surprise.—the husbands loved watching their sports there. Pictures online do not do it justice. The moment you step into the cabin, you’re greeted with beautiful details and surprises you wouldn’t even expect from the photos. It’s like discovering a luxury lodge, piece by piece.The cabin itself is listed at 10,000 square feet, but the layout and surrounding property make it feel more like 20,000. Chattin Family BiAnnual Thanksgiving

Great property. It was immaculately clean. Communication with management was great. It was cold and needed extra wood for fireplace and it was delivered promptly but with a cost of $100 which we thought was uncalled for in that we paid over $11,000. for the stay and then was asked to pay for extra wood. Would not let $100 for wood spoil our wonderful get together. We purchased the woods and… All told; we were extremely happy with the accommodations.

Mother in Law's 80th Birthday

10 out of 10!!! The property is better than advertised. We had about 25 family members ranging in age from 6 months-80 yrs old and everyone loved it! Lodge was plenty big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. I highly recommend this property! Sarah was great at quickly answering our questions and helping us out as our trip fell right when Hurricane Helene hit.

Girls Trip

This beautiful property on the river was perfect for our girl’s trip. Kayaking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, and restaurants were 5 minutes away. Yet, we had a wonderful, private setting right on the river. The lower level with all the game machines/boards and theatre room kept everyone entertained! And the kitchen was the perfect size and well equipped. Awesome property!!

Great Family fun in the Mountains

Cant say enough good things about this house! Rented for a family summer vacation, 19 people with ages ranging from 11 months to 75 years old. There was something for everyone here! The location was wonderful, close enough to stores and restaurants but far enough away that we felt like we were in our own little paradise. Checkin and Check out were super easy and Sarah, the property manager was exceptionally helpful and nice. Will absolutely look to come here again in the future

Perfect and Beautiful for our large family

We are an active family and enjoyed the huge game selection in the basement, fishing and swimming in the river, kayaking, and playing games on the large open lawn. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. One more bathroom with a shower would have been ideal, as one room does not have a access to a shower, but it was not a bid deal for us to share. The kitchen is huge, and perfect for large gatherings at meals. Sarah, the property manager was very communicative and responsive and helpful. No complaints!

Rent this place!

We rented for my parents 45th wedding anniversary and this place is amazing! We really did not need to leave the house with all the amenities! But activities are close as well. House is perfect for a big group. We had 22 and plenty of space for more. Many memories made! We wound rent again.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

This was our first family thanksgiving together with our adult children and our grandchildren, so we wanted it to be special. Well, in our opinion Toccoa Lodge was amazing!! It had everything that we could ask for (and were looking for). There were plenty of bedrooms beautifully decorated as was the whole property, and the game room was perfect as we didn’t really leave the property except to go into downtown Blue Ridge. The theater room was awesome as we were all together watching Disney and Christmas movies with the kids! The outside grounds had a fire pit that we enjoyed, roasting marshmallows. We all agreed that Toccoa Lodge was perfect!! Also, the communication with management was excellent and responded quickly for any questions that we had. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!!!

Family fun, fun and more fun

This property is so amazing. Our family had the best time hanging out by the fire pit in the yard, fishing from the dock, chatting on the deck, gathering around the oversized dining table for meals together and cooking in that beautiful kitchen. The game room was amazing! Ping pong tournaments, pool, poker, video games, theater room….I could go on and on. Many fantastic memories were made here ❤️

The most beautiful home I have ever been in! The pictures don’t do it justice. Super clean and organized. I can’t wait to go back. We fished in the backyard. Watched movies in the Theater room, made amazing meals in the new gourmet kitchen…..I can go on and on!

Family Getaway

Everything was wonderful! The property was absolutely beautiful (the kitchen is gorgeous) and very clean. The host was extremely helpful and readily available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Plenty of activities for guests of all ages. I would definitely recommend this property to others and cannot wait to go back!

Four generations

This is our third year to gather four generations of our family together for a long weekend in Blue Ridge. This is the best house we have rented. Sarah was east to work with and the house could not have been better. We will be back!!

An easy drive from Atlanta, but truly a world away! We loved the proximity to the Atlanta area and the easy drive up I-575. The combination of the privacy and river views, yet close proximity to downtown Blue Ridge, were just too much to turn down! We loved it the moment we saw it!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

1200' of prime footage on the Toccoa River. Not only is it beautiful, if you're a fisherman you will enjoy the Rainbow, Brown and Brook trout in this part of the river. Hike along the rail road tracks no longer in use for miles along the river.
