Walking distance to beach and restaurants

Great place and location. We stayed 2wks and would stay again. The neighborhood was wonderful and very safe feeling with a dog park. The neighbors were great, fun and their recommendations for restaurants and activities were very helpful. .

Fabulous stay!

The location was perfect! We really appreciated the fenced backyard for our dog. Everything in/on the property worked and we had everything we needed. The size is perfect for a couple or a couple and 1 child. Bed was comfy! We would stay again!

Small but Mighty

The location was nice. Loved that it was walkable to beach and restaurants. Great, big shower and comfortable queen bed. The private patio right outside the door was covered and perfect to have coffee or a meal at the dining table. It had all you need to enjoy the area.

Great Spot for Us

Our Treasure Island stay at this property was great for us. It had everything we needed as we cooked some meals and went out for a couple meals. The owner's response to our questions was quick, accurate, and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There is nice seating both in the cottage and on the patio. We walked to the beach many times. The beach was spectacular. Treasure Island has so much to offer...this place was the perfect spot for us.

Wildlife

The location was great. Watching wildlife was enjoyable. The condo was was very clean when we arrive. The host addressed any problems promptly. Only problem was the bed, hard as a rock. Other than that, I’d rent from Shane again,

Good Location

Just wasn’t for me. I know it was a good deal for the location, but you get what you pay for. Had it been actually really clean, I would not have minded the yard sale decor, and lack of cable TV (antenna TV was all I could get). The little courtyard could have been nice but just looked neglected. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely done but not clean (food splatter in microwave and beard/mustache clippings on sink). I’m sorry to report this but I feel I must be honest for other travelers, and as I said, had it been clean, I wouldn’t have minded any of the rest. It would have been cozy and was walkable to the beach and food.

Cozy beach villa

We stayed 9 nights with our 2 small dogs. Loved the fenced in patio and table outside. Tile, comfy recliner and we used gas grill outside to cook. Couple beach blocks to sand and small kids/dog park just down the street. It has a wagon, 2 chairs and umbrella which was great for beach. Tip: push door in when using lock otherwise won’t work. We had problem getting in first night but neighbor who also cleans saw us and helped. We did see a couple dead roaches under couch. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. AC in main room so is little warmer in bedroom. Tight for more than 2 people. The patio was the best to enjoy outside with our fur babies. Bathroom barn door slides and can get off track easily. My small grandson visited and got stuck inside but we rescued him. Close to Waffle House, public beach with parking and concessions, laundry a couple blocks away clean 5min drive over causeway to John’s Pass with all the shops and restaurants. Shake shack awesome couple blocks north, 120th I think. Enjoy.

Wonderful getaway

What a cozy little spot! Felt like we were in a secluded area yet we were right next to other houses. The area was perfect close to many shops and right across the street from the beach. Debbie and Larry were wonderful and I would love to go back again sometime!!

Just what you need

The space is tucked back from the street and is cozy. I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people stay there at a time. All of the neighbors were very nice and it was quiet for our stay. The interior is very clean and well maintained.

Great spot for a low price

If you just want an easy place to stay that's cozy and close to the beach, this place is great. It was much cheaper than all the surrounding area properties and dog friendly without the crazy upcharges of other places.

Perfect solo/couple get away.

This rental was PERFECT for one person or a couple. The location is amazing, the outdoor amenities are fantastic for a very relaxed experience. The extras included were incredible and the property manager super responsive and courteous. Clean, Safe, and Gorgeous. Would stay again anytime.

Excellent as always!

This was the second time we stayed here. Having a daughter in the area, it’s nice to be close to her and yet close to the beach and shopping and restaurants also. The place is clean and comfortable. The neighbors are wonderful and helpful and it’s always an overall perfect stay. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and private. Great neighborhood. Everything was as promised. Comfortable bed, everything else very good also. Kinda missed having cable, but who wants to stay inside all day anyhow?
