Spectacular 1 BR/1BA, with a king sized bed in master and a queen sofa sleeper in living room. Immaculately maintained condo with incredible water views of the intercoastal located in Westwinds Waterfront Resort. Access to Treasure Island beach is only 1 block away! 800 square feet with large living area including brand new 65in smart TV with access to Netflix, free WiFi, full equipped kitchen, king bed in master with walk-in closet and TV. Grocery store, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The resort has heated pool, two gas grills, 3 docks and peaceful area to just sit and look at the water. Enjoy your morning coffee by the window and watch dolphins swim by in the intercoastal waterway. Bring your fishing poles and fish off one of the 3 docks and sea wall on the intracoastal. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Please contact owner for boat slip reservations (24ft size limit) and other details.

Clean, great location, perfection

There's not one thing I would change about this property or the host. Everything is perfect in every way. This is a nice place to grill and sit by the pool, maybe throw a fishing line in and read a book by the water. The rooms are spacious and well supplied. You really couldn't ask for more. This location is very close to the beach and the walk is nice and short. I almost would rather stay here then at a location on the beach side because I love being on the inlet four beautiful morning sunrises.

Lovely Condo

Lovely 1br condo perfect for my husband and I on our short weekend trip to Treasure Island. The condo was clean, well decorated and felt homey/comfortable. We have stayed in several similar vrbo’s in the Treasure Island area and this has been our favorite so far. Property is exactly as photographed. The outdoor pool/lounge area overlooking the sound was also very nice and well maintained. Walking distance to everything you could need - beach, Publix, bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay!

Cannot recommend this place enough! The condo was exactly as pictured, and the view from the living room windows was so beautiful! Tom was incredibly responsive and helpful. All of the folks we met in the condo complex were very nice and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Had an awesome girls trip!

Beautiful condo. All you need is your clothes!! Nice beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys and cooler all provided. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Pull out couch worked okay for kids but for an adult you can feel every bar under the mattress. Parking spot #45 that was provided was super hard to maneuver in and out of. We ended up walking to a lot of places due to being stuck in our spot all but a few times. The host did offer to try to find us another. Check in was super easy. The condo itself was very clean and smelled good. The grounds behind the resort were beautiful and a great safe place for fishing. The laundry rooms were out of service most of our stay ( at no fault of their own) due to someone ripping the keys off of both keypads. I like to wash laundry before I leave so I’m not overloaded when I get home… but the resort had someone working on getting it repaired as we were leaving. Beach access was some of the most convenient I’ve had for not being ocean front. It is just right across the street.

All good!

Perfect condo unit for two- well laid out and very comfortable. The ONLY negative thing I can say is there is not a lanai or patio (but there is a nice community patio to hang out on). The unit is well furnished- way beyond the basics. So much so one would be smart to check with the owners before packing! The place is easily accessible to all kinds of good restaurants and live music; many close by. It was our first time here and in a dozen tries we did not have a less than good meal. The beach is literally across the street. But mostly we used the dock (which was great) and we boated every day. Publix is a hop, skip n jump which was handy. And Tom was great, accessible and responsive, but not over the top in any fashion. We are frequent VRBO travelers, and this was one of the best overall VRBO experiences we've had. Like I said- "all good!" I highly recommend.

Wonderful condo with a gorgeous view. Fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Plenty of kitchen items and gadgets. All beach accessories as well, all the way down to a small cooler!

Wonderful condo on Treasure Island

This condo was wonderful…the location, furniture & decorating, great view of the inter coastal, lovely patio & pool where we met new friends from many different states. Great little touches like Alexa & cozy afghans added to the ambience. We loved the quick walk to the beach, Publix & many restaurants. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Cozy condo in Perfect location with great view

We had excellent week at this condo. We stay at Treasure Island often. By far the coziest, well decorated, CLEANEST condo we stayed in. Location cannot be beat. Walk to many restaurants/bars and sunset is just across the street. Short drive to many other attractions! The view from the window and from the patio area of intercoastal waters is beautiful. Will be staying here again!

Great experience. Clean, everything we needed. Very close walk to the Gulf, and dolphin watching from the deck behind the condo. Short drive to John’s Pass, lots of shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful vacation property at a great price!

The location is great, close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The beach is right across the street. The condo has amazing views of the waterfront and was exceptionally clean. The decor is very cute. Everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
