Aloita ja lopeta päiväsi näkymällä Atlantin valtamerelle! Tässä Villamere 3332 -huoneistossa on kaksi parveketta, joista on merinäköala. Ranta on kävelyetäisyydellä. Huoneistohotellissa voit uida kummassakin jaetussa uima-altaassa; yksi on ulkona. ja toinen on sisätiloissa, ja siinä on myös poreallas ja lähellä oleva kuntosali.

Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee Palmetto Dunesin alueella Hilton Head Islandissa, SC, lähellä Atlantin rannikkoa. Rantatie johtaa huoneistokompleksista rantaan, ja kävelytien lähellä oleva ulkosuihku on hyödyllinen hiekan huuhtelemiseksi rannalle tehdyn matkan jälkeen. Kompleksissa on myös kausiluonteisesti lämmitetty ulkouima-allas ja poreallas, sisäuima-allas ja poreallas, kuntokeskus ja piknik-alue grillillä.

I only gave 1 star rating for everything so I could leave a review. We landed at the Hilton Head Airport, only to find that our reservation was canceled. They said it was due to mold!? A couple other properties were offered to us but they were not in a desirable location. We were disappointed that we could not stay in a property on the beach. We opted to receive a refund and find somethingvelse on our own. I am still waiting for part of the refund...

After a long drive to HHI, we arrived to a condo that was disgusting. It looked like the previous tenant just left and nobody had been in the unit since. Garbage was left, fridge was full of food, beds not made, urine in the toilet, and black mold on the ceiling. After calling the property manager, we were assured we would be moved to a new place in the same complex. We were not. The only options that were available were not oceanfront, but a 10-15 minute walk to the beach in Port Royal. We opted for the condo closest to the water but it was smaller than the property we had booked and there were none of the same amenities as Villamare. We were woken the next day by the sounds of construction. Hammering and sawing as a contractor was working on the complex right below our condo. For the next 3 days, at 8am, this is how we woke up. Then, a realtor showed up at the door stating that she had spoken to the property manager, Vacasa, and that we had agreed to vacate the property so she could show it to a prospective buyer. I was at Vacasa the day before and this conversation did not occur. From my experience, Vacasa has very poor communication with their property owners. Vacasa stated that the property owner was the last one to stay at the Villamare property and had not notified them. I would be very careful about renting anything from Vacasa. Even though they offered a discount for our next stay with them, I'll pass.

We experienced something that looked like black mold on the ceilings in and around the condo the 3rd day into a week's booking. We left the condo immediately. The property manager was no help in trying to locate us to a different property.

Nice condo but needs TLC.

This condo is in a lovely setting and does have beach views. Not a great place for comfort if you want to chill in the living room. Furniture is well worn and sits very low in the seat. We had to pull each other out until we learned to put cushions on top of one another, but still was not very relaxing. My lawn chairs were more comfortable. Great kitchen and bedrooms. Porch was lovely in the morning.

Beautiful view!

The location of the condo was perfect with a beautiful view! The king size bed was super comfortable. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was nice to have a washer/dryer too.

The condo is very old. Needs major work. The water smelled like sulfur for 2 days. Took the maintenance to come and flush it because of brown minerals coming out. They could not move us because all the units were this way.

Condo on the beach

This was our first time in Hilton Head, so it took a couple of days to learn our way around. Many of the roads don't go through, so there's only one way in and out of route to the condo. The Villamere Condo community is very nice, and it's close to tennis courts, bike rentals, golf, and a couple of restaurants. There's also a small grocery/ convenience store close by. The outdoor pools were not open for the season, but the outdoor pool area looks really nice. And there is a boardwalk to the beach from the pool area. The beach is nice, it reminds of Destin, FL. Unfortunately the weather wasn't quite warm enough for us to spend much time there. As for the condo itself, it is spacious enough for a smaller family, and has all the amenities you need (although there were no spices/ salt/ pepper). The 2nd bedroom is almost an apartment by itself, just no kitchen. The beds were ok, not the most comfortable, but not the least comfortable we've had. All the appliances and plumbing worked fine, however, some updates could be used. The view from the balconies is nice. Overall, this is a nice place to stay if you're looking for something at or near the beach in Hilton Head.

Villa mare condo

Condo was very dated. Kitchen and bathrooms poorly stocked. Minimally responsive for requests to help get tv working in all rooms. Extensive construction that we were not aware. Unit was substandard compared to others we have stayed in the complx

We loved this condo. We have stayed a Vilamare condos for the past six years and this one had the best view of any we have stayed at.

Great view, needs updating!

View was amazing as soon as you walk in. However, the rest of the unit left little to be desired. Furniture needs updating, screen doors did not lock which was concerning for our kids, drain clogged in guest room shower so we all used the same shower. Some updates and this place would be a guarantee for next trip but we will look at other units on the property for our next trip. Also left wine glasses for the units as they did not have any wine glasses or wine opener.

Rented this as second condo at Villamare

This condo is in a gated area of Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island. We have been coming to this villa for 15 years and our family has out-grown our two-bedroom condo. This unit happens to be on our floor in Villamare building 3. It has been a wonderful chance for our family to be together in comfort and close proximity.

This home needs an upgrade

I have stayed in this home for the last two years for summer vacation but don’t plan to do it again in future. The dishwasher stopped working during the last trip. The blinds are broken for the past two years. The bathrooms are ancient and smell bad. Although the location is good but it doesn’t compensate for the experience inside the home.

Needs some work

Both these buildings and this condo need some investment. The elevator in our building was broken for our entire week. Every bit of this place needs a coat of paint. The hallways and the condo. Every painting in the condo is faded. Bi-fold door knobs came off in our hands. The door to the microwave is cracked. The washing machine sounds like it’s possessed and you can’t watch the TV over it. We had previously stayed in another unit in this building which is why we came back to villamare. The location is great, right on the beach, but this unit needs an update.

Great location…but building needs some TLC

PROS: Location, Beach, Pool CONS: Property Maintenance This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we really enjoyed it. The location was amazing. We had views of the ocean from both balconies and it took 3 minutes to walk from our door to our beach chairs! Beach was fun…lots of space and water was warm. We had one day of a swarm of jellyfish and my daughter got a really nasty sting along with most others in the water that day so be careful of that. Condo was clean and the setup was great. Lots of space in both bedrooms and the common area as well. Unit was a little worn and outdated but it was fine for a beach stay. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken and taped off and we weren’t notified prior to arriving. That was frustrating and we had to make a number of calls to find out what was going on and get it resolved. Our property manager offered us a credit for the inconvenience and helped out with our laundry each day so that made it better but it was still frustrating to not be able to do our laundry when we wanted. Also one of the elevators was not in service when we got there so we had to bring our luggage all the way around the building to get it to our condo. That one never get repaired the whole week. Then on the evening before we left the other elevator also got stuck so we had to walk our luggage down three flights of tight stairs…not fun! So overall, there were some issues with the building but we made the most of it and took advantage of the beach a lot.

Needs remodeling

This property needs substantial renovation and remodeling, including all kitchen equipment, furniture and bathrooms. There are much better options in Villamare. The property manager Vacasa was great with communication and was available to answer any questions though.
