Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting

The apartment was clean, comfortable and attractive and had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday. Beautiful beaches a short walk away, and so many lovely places to visit on the doorstep. Nantes is a pleasant one hour journey away from Pornichet Station. Thank you for a great fortnight and a warm welcome on arrival, Michel and Marie.

Smart, Clean and Comfortable with excellent Wifi in the flat. Set within private grounds with access to a heated pool and tennis courts. The grounds are quiet and surrounded by tall trees which helps to keep the wind out. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk with a choice of 2 beaches.

Ferienwohnung

Die angebotene Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr freundlich. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten auf beiden Seiten konnten wir uns verständigen (mit Übersetzungsportal). Wohnung sehr sauber (!!) und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht während des Urlaubs. Dass Bettzeug und Handtücher mitgebracht werden mussten, ist schon ok. Die Ferienanlage KER JULIETTE ist ansprechend und der Pool sehr angenehm. Die Entfernung zum weitläufigen Strand ist nicht zu weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig vorhanden (Bäcker, Metzger, Käsegeschäft, Lebensmittel). Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Ideale kleine Wohnung für 2 Personen. Zusätzlich zum Schlafzimmer gibt es ein innenliegendes kleines Zimmer (ohne Fenster ) mit einem Doppelstockbett. Badezimmer und WC getrennt. Sehr nette Begrüßung durch den Eigentümer. Wir haben uns in der sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Anlage genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Leider kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm (wie in der Bretagne üblich). Leckeres Baguette gibt es in ca. 300 m Entfernung beim Bäcker (Ecke Av. des Roses/Av. des Pins). Schöne Wanderwege am Meer. Besonders schöne und gut zu laufende Wege hinter La Baule von Pouliguen (Les remparts de penchateau) an der Küste entlang bis Le Croisic.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und konnte uns hilfreiche Tips geben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt,bis auf das Wetter, aber das kann man zum Glück noch nicht beeinflussen. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön. Positiv das schwimmbad in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Pornichet verbracht. Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet, super ist auch das zum Gelände gehörende Swimmingpool Pool. Pornichet ist ein hübscher Ort mit schönen Stränden (St. Marguerite und Bonne Source). Ein Bäcker, eine fromagerie, eine epicerie und ein Metzger sind fussläufig erreichbar, zweimal pro Woche findet zudem ein kleiner netter Wochenmarkt statt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm und unproblematisch.

Nettes Appartment in Strandnähe, ruhig

Die Wohnung ist zwar für vier Personen sehr klein, aber durch die praktische Aufteilung und genügend Stauraum ausreichend. Ruhige Lage der Anlage, etwas zurück versetzt. Nutzung des Hotelpools möglich. Zu den beiden schönen Stränden fünf Minuten Fußweg, zum Zentrum von Pornichet dauert es zu Fuß aber doch 45 Minuten, es gibt aber Busse. Für die geringe Größe fanden wir die Wohnung recht teuer, was am insgesamt hohen Preisniveau in der Gegend liegt. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr könnte für vier Personen etwas besser sein (mehr Teller, Besteck). Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Anlage gegen Gebühr. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche verbracht.

Un appartement agréable , fonctionnel où rien ne manque dans une résidence calme entourée d'arbres, avec superbe piscine, tennis, restaurant et la mer a 300 mètres .
