3 semaines passées dans cet appartement très lumineux, très bien aménagé avec goût., et très pratique. Bien situé. Mme Morel est à votre écoute et ferait tout pour vous être agréable. Très séjour

logement bien situé, bien équipé et très bonne communication avec les propriétaires

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 3 semaines et sommes très contents de la location. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un immeuble en front de mer, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du marché principal de La Baule. Malgré l'absence de parking dédié, nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à trouver une place de stationnement pendant la période estivale - grâce à son emplacement légèrement excentré de l'avenue commerçante. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, conforme à l'annonce. Le balcon d'une bonne taille permet vraiment de ne pas se sentir étriqué pour les repas. La chambre et le salon sont plus spacieux qu'ils paraissent sur les photos. Une mention spéciale également pour la communication avec les propriétaires qui s'est très bien passée et qui se sont montrés arrangeants (par chance nous avons pu réceptionner l'appartement tôt dans la journée et nous avons pu partir tôt également). S'il n'y avait qu'une recommandation à faire, nous suggérons juste d'avoir une poubelle de cuisine de contenance un peu plus grande qu'un format de poubelle de salle bain pour des raisons pratiques, mais ce n'est vraiment qu'un détail.

Bon séjour malgré un temps pluvieux

Famille avec enfants de 7 et 4 ans. Bel appartement, bien équipé, et emplacement idéal pour profiter de la plage. Propriétaire agréable au téléphone et Isabelle très accueillante à notre arrivée.

Très belle région à découvrir et appartement très bien situé.

Appartement confortable et moderne pour nous accueillir. Bien équipé, il est idéal pour 3 personnes ( 2 adultes et 1 enfant). A proximité du centre et de son marché, on peut flâner à pied pour s’y rendre. La vue sur mer se fait essentiellement sur la terrasse, on ne la voit pas beaucoup de l’interieur. L’appartment possède des volets électriques qui permettent de bien dormir, surtout en été quand le soleil se lève tôt. La propriétaire est très sympathique et veille à ce que tout se passe bien. Il y a possibilité de ranger des vélos si on les prends. Sinon, on peut en louer juste en face. A recommander.

Bien situé bord de mer, immeubles des années 60 mal isolé

Appartement correct, propre, peu meublé, juste l'essentiel. Un gros problème d'eau, il coule un filet dans la douche sans pression et sans débit. Le stratifié au sol est très bruyant. Beaucoup d'interrupteurs ne fonctionnent pas, les volets roulants de la chambre réveillent tout l'immeuble.

Gute Lage, schöner Blick aufs Meer und in die Pinien. Freundliche Vermieter und Verwalterin. Kurze Wege zu den Läden und den Restaurants. 5 Schritte zum Strand. Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. L‘emplacement de l‘appartement est idéal avec vue sur mer et sur une petite forêt de pins.La plage est juste en face, les magasins et le marché sont accessibles à pied en qelques minutes. L‘appartement est très joli et très bien équipé. La gérante, une personne charmante nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Nous aimerions bien y revenir. Monique et Reinhard de Vienne, Autriche
