Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Easy walk to ocean in 5-7 minutes, or bike it in less than 5 minutes. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

POOL: Just outside the back door with beautiful and view of Sprunt Pond. Now beautifully fenced and landscaped for your safety and enjoyment. Electric heat is economical, and cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

Beautiful and Convenient Stay in Sea Pines

My family and I enjoyed our stay at a Beverly Serral property in Sea Pines. The home was very clean, well stocked with stay essentials (paper towels, kitchen dishes and tools, beach towels, etc), and was a quick 5-7 min walk to the beach. The home was beautifully decorated and the pool in the backyard was peaceful with a view of a pond. I would definitely recommend anyone staying there!

Wonderful home.

This home was excellent. Spacious, and very well stocked. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and even ziplock bags. Plus all the utensils you’d need. Definitely the nicest pool out of all the places we’ve stayed in Sea Pines. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Would have loved to have another king bed but made do with the queen and twin. We also really appreciated the yard area in the back especially for our dogs. All in all it was exceptionally nice.

One thing that was disappointing was our requirement to stop at the rental facility to get the welcome packet. This should have been mailed to our home to alleviate the additional stop. Secondly the home is on a busy street near a curve, which caused an abundance of traffic noise. However, the rental was well appointed with everything we needed and was the cleanest house we stayed at on the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, great customer service and fantastic experience. The house was well designed and extremely well cleaned and maintained. From all of the rental companies we have used down in Sea Pines this was by far the best customer experience. I have used multiple companies and Beverly handles everything like it is her own house. We had a minor plumbing issue that was unknown and I called her at 830 at night and she picked up the phone personally! She asked if we needed anything and told me she would call me in the morning once she spoke to the plumber. She messaged me at 730am and had a plumber there to handle it at 10am. She was in constant contact with me and once the plumber left she had her head cleaning team come and clean all of the bathrooms. I never write reviews but Beverly and her staff are far and beyond other companies!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this rental with another family - 4 adults and 4 kids under 7. This house was fantastic and the overall experience was excellent. Pros: - Fully stocked kitchen and I mean fully stocked. Cleaners for counters, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, soap. Drawers full of kitchen tools and misc needs like candles, bandaids, batteries, lighters, etc. - Pool was cleaned while we were there which was really nice - Beds were super comfortable with extra space for the kids to sleep on a variety of beds and even in the extra large closets (for littles ha)- Super comfy bedding in each room - no one was given a shaft of bedding experience - Every TV was equipped with a smart TV option and even logged into Netflix by room so you could continue shows from space to space - Stocked beack toys and chairs for use- Extra fridge outsdie- loads of parking space - Very quick ride/walk to the beach acess which is in a less populated area so it was quite and not crowded - Lovely outdoor scenery and lighting - House code for easy access coming and going Con: (these are miniscule and should be more so listed as feedback) - Having to arrive at the office before going into sea pines. I know you need parking passes but its a bit of a backtrack and depnding on traffic a bit annoying but a blip overall - A floor plan or virtual walk through of the house would have been helpful to pre-plan sleeping arraingmentsand better understand the geneeral layout when traveling with kids (again miniscule items)Overall, I would give this 5 Stars. Lovely home, ammenities and experience. Will rent again!

Cleaning products and beach equipment made it so easy to want to stay here for weeks! I loved that we were walking distance to the beach. The location of the house is off of the main road which could get a little busy with cars at times. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was great for 1 family. An additional bathroom for the king room in the front of the house would have been perfect. The backyard was quiet and relaxing. The kids lived in the pool.

We were so close to golf, tennis, beach, Salty Dog everything was so close and active! The huge dinning area served us well for dinners and cards but I do admit it was so perfect at the pool that a lot of time was in the super private pool area. The service from Best Nest was beyond perfect and the house was well equipped with everything we needed just like home!

Family vacation

Beautiful home. Well appointed with everything you need. They did an absolute job of making sure you had everything we needed. They even had beach equipment. It’s very close to the beach. The pool was awesome. The only negative is that it’s on a somewhat busy road, so be cautious crossing with bicycles. I will be using this agency in the future.

Great place close to beach

Great location in Sea Pines. Short walk to beach was great for my family and young children. Beach was quiet and not crowded. Property had everything needed to host family and young children. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again at same property.
