This newly renovated home is a very easy walk to the beach as it is located sixth row ocean – an easy five minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand! A nice perk at this home is the private pool was recently refinished and offers complimentary pool heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through October. Additionally this is dog friendly home allowing one dog maximum per reservation weighing 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm your dog.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

• Distance to Beach: 6th Row Ocean. The beach path is conveniently located just across the street – takes five minutes to walk to the beach.

• Private Pool: The pool is approximately 25’ x 14’. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only at no additional cost. It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat.

• Dog Friendly: This property allows one dog total per reservation & it must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm your dog and pay the additional pet fee.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to five cars max (four in the driveway/one in the garage). Parking passes are an additional $17/pass/week + tax and you are billed for how many you request.
