After work, Be the first to stay in our beautiful and large family home.
Come and discover a house bordered by the sea 20 meters away. Its large veranda will allow you to overlook the ocean in good weather and storm. This place bathed in light will delight your desires for relaxation and escape.

With 2 large bedrooms and 2 small bedrooms under the roof it can accommodate up to 8 people.

You will find on the ground floor, a living room with its fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and the exotic veranda.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms await you as well as 3 bathrooms
On the second floor, under the roof, you will also find 2 bedrooms which will undoubtedly enchant your children.
Outside, an enclosed garden with a terrace that will welcome your barbecue or relaxation desires while enjoying the ocean.

Wer hofft, die Einsamkeit der Bretagne in diesem Haus zu finden, wird enttäuscht werden. Die Bucht von Lilia ist ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel. Es gibt eine gut besuchte Creperie, ein Restaurant, darüber hinaus ein Restaurant mit Austernspezialitäten und ein Hotel. Tagsüber ist immer etwas los, es wird nur Nachts einsam.Wer aber eine lebhafte Umgebung, die nie aufdringlich wurde, zu schätzen weiss, wird sich in diesem Haus wohlfühlen. Wir hatten trotz des durchwachsenen bretonischen Wetters zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional. Zwei kleine technische Mängel (Tür an einem Küchenschrank, Duschschlauch) haben wir der Vermieterin berichtet und sie gab uns das Versprechen, Abhilfe zu schaffen.

Emplacement magnifique

Une très belle semaine passée dans cette location Les paysage environnant est magnifique avec toutes ces minis îles qui se dessinent au file des marées. Juste à côté d'un excellent ostréiculteur: juste a franchir la porte pour récupérer nos huitres A noter qu'il n'y a Pas de bruit malgré les restaurant de proximité Points forts de cette location : Très bon confort de matelas. Très bonne localité Sanitaires bien desservis (4 WC et 3 douches, baignoire je ne sais plus). Place dans la cour pour garer le véhicule. Possibilité d'isoler le coin couchage des pièces de vie. Propriétaire hyper agréable ! Points à avoir en en tête cependant : Frigo petit pour une famille tout entière. Le lave-vaisselle qui ne fonctionne que très partiellement (la propriétaire avait pourtant réinvesti mais du coup, pense à un problème d'arrivée d'eau. Très sérieuse, elle compte bien trouver la source du problème pour les prochains locataires). Un peu de circulation en journée devant la maison. Location de confiance et tout à fait conforme à la description.

Superbe emplacement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison bénéficie d'un cadre sublime, face à la mer et les couchers de soleil. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité (accessibles à pied). Notre hôte a été très accueillante et ponctuelle, toujours prête à nous rendre service. Nous étions 8 adultes à la retraite, et les chambres du 2ème étage sont plutôt faites pour des enfants... nous nous en sommes quand même accomodé.

Villa correspondant à l'annonce. Cependant, l'accès aux chambres du 2ème étage correspond plus à des ados. Nous avons signalé aux propriétaires lors de notre départ, le dysfonctionnement du lave vaisselle et du four. La véranda est super agréable pour prendre ses repas avec une vue superbe sur la mer.

Direkt am Meer in hervorragender Lage

Geräumig mit Wintergarten und Meerblick, dort ist der große Esstisch. Bei Flut kann man vom Haus nur über die Straße direkt Baden gehen. Für Austernfans: in direkter Nachbarschaft betreibt der Austernproduzent Legris eine Austernbar, dort erhält man die frischesten und größten Austern! Küche gut ausgestattet, Kochen macht dort Spaß. Garage für mitgebrachte Fahrräder vorhanden. Wir haben viele Fahrrad- und Kanuausflüge unternommen. Ein Muss ist der Besuch der drei Leuchttürme, insbesondere Besteigung des höchsten Turms auf der Ile Vierge. Donnerstag vormittag schöner Markt in Plouguerneau. Sehr hilfsbereite Besitzer. WLAN leider schwach. Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt!

Emplacement idéal mais prestation moyenne

Maison idéalement située avec une magnifique vue sur mer. Propriétaire agréable. Déception toutefois sur l'ensemble de la prestation et la propreté qui reste superficielle. Le tarif ne me semble pas en adéquation avec l'aménagement et les finitions qui sont de petite qualité. L'électricité et l'eau sont en supplément, il serait judicieux de le mentionner dans le corps de l'annonce pour que les choses soient bien claires et éviter la surprise sur place.
