Solid location

Beautiful home and so conveniently located!

This home was exactly as advertised! The home is beautiful and very clean. The elevator makes loading and unloading extremely easy as it’s right inside the house from the garage. The washer and dryer are high efficiency and full size so laundry isn’t a headache and goes quickly. Plenty of room throughout the house for each person to have their own space. It’s a very short and easy walk to the beach and the beach was not busy at all in this area. We loved everything about the trip. Very nice views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies as well!

Family vacation

Our week stay here was good, we really liked how close we were to the beach, and not to far from the pier. Didn't have any huge issues during our stay and the owner was very quick at messaging me back.

Best Place

Upon arrival we had a slight issue with a smoke detector and the host responded immediately. Communication and location was great. This place fit our needs perfectly. Will definitely come back.

Great location

Beach is right across the street. Beautiful views from the balcony. The owners were very nice and easy to send and receive messages. Great place, would definitely stay again.

Friends/Family Trip

Our family of five and our friends, 2 adults and one child, came for a week at the beach and it did not disappoint. The house was just as described and the owners were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions. The house was perfect for 4 kids and 4 adults. Everyone had plenty of space. The beach was so close and it was so nice to have the pool right outside our door. Definitely recommend the property!

Great Family Condo w/in Walking Distance to Beach

My family had a great stay for our Fall Break. The condo is super clean and has plenty of room. It was the first vacation where everyone was able to have their own space. It was perfect for our family of 6. The only problem we had during our stay was parking. The spaces are pretty compact and our mid-sized suv was too large to park in the garage. But we were able to make it work. All in all, I would highly recommend! Great place for family beach time.

Great Location, Very clean, lots of room

We had a great stay at this condo. Plenty of room for us all to have space. Beds were comfortable. Condo was very clean. Lots of stairs, but has elevator that worked great for bringing in luggage/groceries. Pool right next to condo was nice and not crowded. Very easy walk to the beach.Beach cart in garage was a very nice touch. Parking is tight but we really had no problems and brought one mid sized SUV (Honda Pilot) and one smaller SUV (RAV 4). RAV and Pilot could both fit in one side of garage, tight but can be done. parked one in 1st space outside by pool, the key is to back into the 1st space with one car and into the second garage space with the other.

Spacious

Other than tight parking, it is a great place to stay. It is convenient to Publix and Winn Dixie, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Having 4 bedrooms is nice and every bedroom has a bathroom except the 4th floor bedroom. There is a half bath down a flight of stairs between living room and kitchen for that bedroom. Gulf side balconies have a good view, but the 4th floor/bedroom has the best Gulf view. That balcony could use some new chairs, because they move and they are not suppose to move when you sit in them. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, just wish the Gulf could have been calmer. The pool next to the Townhome made up for the time we couldn’t get into the Gulf.

It was great. However I wasn’t given code to get in gate. Thankfully another guest told us. Also Parking was extremely hard. The last two days the trucks next door were so big we could barely get out without hitting them

Awesome property

This property hosted our yearly Florida trip this year. We come to Florida every year and this year we came back to Panama City Beach. We normally stay away from the tourist-y locations but where this house is at is not that busy. It’s located close to beach, that you can also see from the top level of the house from the balcony. The beach is not overly populated like other areas are in Panama City beach. It’s located close to stores for groceries, dining, Bubba’s pizza, and located about 10 mins away from the popular Thomas Donuts. There are 4 levels to the house, with lots of stairs, but don’t worry there is an elevator. We used the stairs so we didn’t feel guilty from all the delicious seafood, Publix’s homemade key lime pie , bubbas pizza and Thomas donuts we ate while we were there. Some said the parking is challenging but we didn’t have any issues. We parked both vehicles in the garage backing in the whole time, making it so easy to get in and out quickly. We have a med sized SUV and a med sized sedan. This house has it all. Your family Will LOVE IT!!

Great Location! Pictures gave an accurate description

We loved our Spring Break vacation here! The check in process was easy and we were even able to check in early since the property was ready. It was easy access to the beach (directly across). Would definitely recommend a beach wagon. It was alot of carrying stuff back and forth. And there are a ton of stairs which we didn't mind, but if you have little kids it might be a little much. We loved being directly next to the pool and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing we didn't love was the layout of the kitchen and living area...they were very closed off and you couldn't have more then 2 people in the kitchen at a time since it was a small area but if you're not cooking then you might not care. :) The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker which we loved. One of the bedrooms (the one with 2 double beds) didn't have a closet, so there was no place to hang clothes in that room. The washer & dryer worked awesome! Also, the cleaning people came in about 9 a.m. on our last day and check out was 10 and we were still there, so that was a little odd, but overall we had a great experience and loved our time there.

Casa Del Mar Condo

This was our first time staying at a property at Casa Del Mar in Panama City Beach. The property is on the very west end of Front Beach Road, so it is quiet, not crowded and close to everything that we love. The unit appeared to be clean, fresh linens, etc. This unit has A LOT of stairs, even though it does have an elevator, be aware that very small children need to be accomodated if mobile. We had 2 two year olds with us, one a little older than the other. THe younger of the 2 struggled a bit with the stairs and we had to keep our eye on him at all times. We brought a baby gate, but the design of the molding at the bottom of the wall was not conducive to use it. We have a nephew that is in a wheelchair, and we thought that the unit would be great for him with the elevator access, so we plan on keeping it on our list of places for the future. If you have elderly people, they would need to use the elevator as well. One more thing to mention is there is a loft bedroom that is great for kids, but please be aware that YOUNG kids (less than 3 yo) will need to be monitored at all times in this loft bedroom. But the design is PERFECT for kids older than that. The pool is literally out the garage door, which was amazing for us. It is a little small, but we were the only ones there typically so it didn't matter to us. It served its purpose for our kids. The beach is a quick walk to two accesses. If you prefer to be at the beach all day, you will need to bring a wagon, chairs, etc. THe only negative that we have is that there is a very small trashcan in the kitchen. Seems like a little thing to mention, but it was almost comical by the end of the trip. We just kept the trashbag on the floor because the can was a bit useless. But this is something that is easily fixed. :) We had a great time, and I definitely recommend this unit for multiple families!

Great location

This is our second stay at Casa Delmar in this same unit. It has been remodeled and was great! Everything you need is there. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, etc. The only downside is the parking at this location. The spaces are tight and it's hard to maneuver larger vehicles. If you plan on driving 2 Tahoes, I'd consider an alternative vehicle. Other than that, I wouldn't pass this gem up. Also the owner was so attentive and quick to answer any of my calls or texts.

Great place for families

This property is perfect for families who need space to spread out. The property is conveniently located beside pool and is a very short walk to the beach. Property is well equipped with everything you need. The only drawback is the parking as others have mentioned but it is a minimal inconvenience in comparison to all the positive notes.

The condo was very nice. I had thought it would be closer to the baseball fields. We spent a lot of time driving. All in all, it was a good choice.

Beautiful house with a great location

The house was gorgeous and the location was perfect! My only two complaints was that we had trouble with the door in the downstairs bedroom. We opened it and could not get it to lock back. I called and text the owners. They finally called me back and was very nice and offered to call a locksman. Luckily my Husband kept messing with it and fixed it finally. We never opened that door again. Also, the front left eye on the stove was tore up. We turned it on and couldn't get it off. That is a fire hazard and needs to be fixed. Everything else is really nice and decorated beautifully. They had beach toys and a beach cart which came in handy. I just wish we could have stayed the whole time. We had to leave 5 days early due to my Son that has disabilities had a really bad Seizure. He was so weak after that we wasn't able to enjoy himself so we decided to leave. At least my Friend was able to stay and enjoy herself. We would love to come back and visit.

Great location

We arrived at 2p. Cleaning lady was there We came back at 4p she was still not done. Fridge and kitchen area was not clean. We had to wash a blanket and pot holders to use. It wasn’t clear that the kitchen was on the third floor. So six flights of stairs. To the kitchen from the master bedroom There is a small elevator for two. Old spices and old food was left that looked rotted. Broken and rusted beach chairs. Stove had a broken knob so the burners were on several times when the knobs said off. Seems to be a fire hazard. The rooms were spacious. Just not a place if you have feet, leg or weight problems. Great location the beach was across the street and view for a young crowd. Angela responded right away with any questions
