"Gone Coastal" is the perfect vacation home located across the street from the beach with easy beach access! It's only steps away from the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches. This beautiful home is situated in a private gated community with a shared pool. It is located on the quiet west side of Panama City Beach close to 30A. Only a 5 minute drive to Pier Park and a couple minutes from Rosemary/Inlet beach.
This home sleeps up to 9 people (set as the maximum number by the fire code). It also has a private elevator! (use of elevator is not always guaranteed in case of maintenance) All bedrooms have a full bathroom and a private balcony! There is a private loft located on the 4th floor with a bunk bed with 2 mattresses and a pull-out mattress that provides a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony.
The kitchen is stocked with utensils for all of your cooking needs, all stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen seats 5 people at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room is spacious with a 55” smart TV and a private balcony. High speed WIFI provided for you to log into your personal streaming app of your choice.
There is a 2 car garage and 2 outside parking spots. There is room for up to 2 mid-size SUVs in the garage and 2 outside. Large commercial passenger vans/vehicles are not allowed and no more than 4 vehicles total are allowed due to space. Parking is available down the road at the Winn Dixie for oversized or extra vehicles.
We work hard in our community to provide the most relaxing and family friendly vacation spot on the west side of Panama City Beach! With that said, you must be 25 years old to rent. Renters found to be renting underage or above the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave the premises and will not be provided with a refund. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
