Boka de bästa månaderna nu; September oktober! Inga folkmassor, varmt hav, perfekta temperaturer. Boka nu! South Bethany Beach som bäst! På kanalen ändå den 7: e huset från stranden. Nya uppgraderingar inkluderar nytt kylskåp, diskmaskin, utvändig färg och en gasbrandpit! Nyligen renoverade, inklusive ny färg i hela! Re-målade däck och brygga också. Inte en lägenhet eller lägenhet men en privat 4 brm enstaka familjehus på kanalen med brygga och däck på baksidan. Off-street parkering för fyra. Stranden är rakt ut genom ytterdörren 1 1/4 kvarter bort. Vi är den sjunde huset från Atlanten ännu på en kanal till viken på viken sida av kustnära motorvägen. Nära Fenwick, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, och Ocean City. Promenera till affärerna på York Beach för McCabe marknad, Misaki Sushi, Grotto Pizza och mer. Ta med din båt till våra 32 "docka eller hyra en. Krabba & fisk från bryggan, eller koppla av på privatdäcket med gasgrill, gaspit, bord och stolar, paraply och Adirondack stolar. Andra våningen veranda har utsikt över kanalen och eldstaden. Kanalen tillgång till Little Assawoman Bay och Assawoman Bay inklusive Fenwick Island restauranger som Catch 54 hela vägen till Ocean City och Atlanten. Canal tillgång till Indian River och Rehoboth Bays inklusive restauranger i Dewey Beach. 4 sovrum, 2 badrum plus en utomhusdusch, 10 sovplatser. Sängkläder / handdukar tillhandahålls inte men finns lokalt att hyra eller ta med egen. Off Season Weekend paket tillgängliga. Noterar vi bara hyra från lördag till lördag under säsongen; Juni-augusti. Du kan fylla i datum, få en prisuppgift och när den är klar "Boka det nu" till höger!

Great location!

First time visit to South Bethany and we had a great time. The house was as expected. Great having the dock in the back and a very short walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay.

Great location

My family and I loved staying here. Perfect location on the canal and a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach. Since it’s in south Bethany you’re away from the crowds but only a 5 min drive to the main Bethany strip. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location and Cozy Accommodations

We were within walking distance of the beach as well as a shopping plaza. The boardwalk and additional shopping was just a short drive away. The house was perfectly cozy and the outdoor spaces were our favorite. The patio with fire pit and seating along the canal was great for evening gatherings. Dining out in the sun room was amazing, especially with the ocean breeze coming through the large windows.

Multi family vacation location

Lovely location in S Bethany. Easy to get to Bethany, Dewey, Ocean City and Rehobeth. Grocery stores and great restaurants near by. House on canal with all needed amenities. Owner extremely responsive and very helpful. Kitchen is a little dated, but very functional.

The house was nice and the outside amenities were great

Overall, the place met our needs. There were a few hiccups - second floor shower leaked and the sink in each bathroom drained slowly...and then the dryer broke but was repaired in time for the next tenant. All is all, everything worked out ok for our group.

Relaxing and great location!

Great place to unwind and take advantage of the surrounding area. Easy access to beach and we enjoyed the back patio and second floor sun room. TV systems in all rooms were a major plus. Owner made process real easy.

Relaxing Off Season Stay

My wife and I returned to this nice space in November. Bethany is quiet in the off season, which is what we were looking for. Very relaxing. The outdoor space and firepit is great and the living space in the house is also good.

Great outdoor space and convenient location!

Loved the outdoor space and convenient location to the beach. We enjoyed the large screened in porch and fire pit. I would recommend mounting the TV above the fireplace and adding a couch/chair for additional living room seating. Also, an additional set of dishes would be helpful since our group of 7 went through the plates at every meal. A beautiful week, great weather, and a lovely place to stay!

Perfect getaway even w terrible weather!

Perfect little getaway house, fully stocked w all you’ll need kitchen wise, had extra propane available for fire pit and grill, it rained the whole time and we still had a lovely time just staying indoors. Screened in porch for the win!

We were very impressed at the responsiveness of our host and the sweet location of the house. The dock and walking distance to the beach are both hits and I plan on coming back. Disappointed!

My girlfriends and I planned a girlfriends' getaway weekend (no husbands, no children, just us ladies) and wanted a property close to the beach that had a firepit. These were our only MUST HAVES. We chose this property because the post said it had both. Prior to arrival, the owner was extremely communicative. Check-in was super easy and the house was "nice enough for us". It's nothing fancy, but it was nice, clean, and spacious enough for four adult women. There were ants on the screened porch, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We planned to sit around the firepit on our second night there, and realized the firepit wouldn't ignite. I immediately called the owner to troubleshoot the problem. We tried putting on a new propane tank and made sure the tank was properly screwed onto the firepit...it still wouldn't ignite! The owner said he was unable to come by and would check to see if his maintenance guy was available to come check it out in a few days. IN A FEW DAYS??? We only rented the property for the weekend, and he wasn't able to come fix the problem until after we checked out. Needless to say, we were disappointed. After all, one of the main reasons we chose this property was because it had a firepit! I asked the owner if he would be willing to give us a small refund due to his inability to come fix the firepit during our stay. This was, in my opinion, the fair and "right" thing to do given the circumstances. Needless to say, the owner refused a partial refund and ignored my messages. This is unfortunate, as I have never had a negative experience at a VRBO property and have never left a negative review. THIS IS MY FIRST!! We paid A LOT of money for a weekend stay at a home that was supposed to have a working firepit. The owner dismissed our concerns and did not make an attempt to fix the problem while we were there. (We stayed here in late Sept - early October 2020). Extremely disappointed in the owner's lack of concern/service!!

We have been going to the Delaware beaches all our lives and purchased this property in 2004. We rent it some and use it the rest of the time.

Varför värden valde detta boende

It has one of the best locations in the area. Sure you can have beach front but the nearest marina is 5 miles away. On the other hand most homes with a dock and quick bay access are far from the beach. In this area beach side is only one block deep, a few blocks north and beach side is 2 or 3 blocks deep and bayside is 3 to 6 blocks deep yet further from the bay. This also means more people on the beach in those areas and a longer walk! Just the perfect spot.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

In our town to get to the beach you need to walk or park using a parking pass (we provide). The only way to get a pass is to own property (or rent from the owner). At first this doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is. To access the mile long South Bethany Beach you must own or rent a property. So our beaches are uncrowded even in the peak season. Unlike other crowded towns that anyone can park and go to the beach. Skip the crowds and rent from us!
