Canal Beach House - Ideal para familias

Fabulosa sala de estar abierta en el primer nivel. Proyectado en el porche con vistas al canal. Cubierta superior para tomar el sol, leer y relajarse. 3 habitaciones, 2 baños completos. Gran sala de sol. Fácil caminar o conducir a la playa. Muelle en el canal para facilitar el lanzamiento del barco. Genial para kayaks. Después de un día completo en la playa, regrese al entorno tranquilo del canal. La casa ha sido cuidadosamente cuidada y cuidada por nuestra familia. Lugar perfecto para atrapar cangrejos del muelle.
Nuevos sistemas de HVAC, nuevo calentador de agua caliente en 2019, alfombra nueva en el primer piso 2018, cuarto de baño renovado en el segundo piso 2018, nuevos muebles de área de asientos en el porche 2018, nuevas tumbonas para la cubierta superior 2019. Todos los electrodomésticos reemplazados 2017-2018 (excepto refrigerador 2015). Nuevos colchones en todo. El nuevo sofá y la mesa de la sala de estar se entregaron en julio de 2019.

We had a relaxing Bethany Beach vacation at this home on the canal in South Bethany. The home was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved the sun room at the front of the house - a great place for curling up with a cup of morning coffee and a good book.The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and tableware. I appreciated that basics like dishwashing soap and laundry detergent was provided - it saved us trips to the store. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of good quality. Our host, MaryAnn, responded quickly to all communication. If you are looking for a place in South Bethany - this is it! But please don't rent the week I want!

We all loved this cozy beach cottage, especially the screened back porch overlooking the canal. The kitchen was spacious and easy for multiple people to be in there fixing meals. We always ate on the porch, lingering over dinners. We were treated to a visit from a pair of ducks and a heron, so beautiful! The indoor table was perfect for a 1000 piece puzzle finished by many contributors! Mary Ann was great to work with, always so helpful! She worked with the next renters to find a lost Apple Watch and it was promptly sent back. We’d love to stay again next year, just need everyone’s schedules to line up!

Lovely, modern beach house

We've stayed in a few houses in Bethany and this one was our favorite. Very comfortable, and the renovated bathrooms are beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever taken with my family. The house was so cozy with little nooks for everyone. We spent most of our time on 5be screened in porch but also enjoyed the sun deck off of one of the bedrooms. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We plan to book again next year.

Great place and location!

Had a great week again staying at this property. I think this is the 5th year my family has stayed at the property and every year we’re pleased with the changes made to the house. We absolutely love our stays in Bethany and plan to book again next year.

Great spot on the water

A Weekend Away

Fantastic vacation rental! Easy driving distance to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The canal system is really cool to see and the house is close to everything. Will be back!

Great house!

This house is in a great, quiet neighborhood, walkable to beach. The house is comfortable and well kept. The porches are great and I have to say the water pressure is spectacular.

Great stay in South Bethany

My family and I loved this house! Plenty of room, gorgeous water views, and close to the beach. We appreciated the parking tags and found driving to the beach the easiest option. Really enjoyed the beds! Communication with the host was great. Can't wait to come back:)

Beach Week

Mary Ann was very helpful and responsive to all needs. The cottage is in a lovely location and the floorplan makes the space feel larger than it is making a great experience for our small family and friends. Very comfortable beds and the new bathrooms are very well done. Spent most of time on outdoor shower as it was perfection. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Nice home on the canal and 10 min hike to beach.

Late September, very quiet on the canal and beach. Very nice house and host and well stocked for guests. A 10 min hike to beach, but we mostly drove and walked the many local trails. Many takeout places close by. A lovely relaxing vacation from work!

Fantastic place

My family and I loved this house. The neighborhood was fantastic and quiet. Nice area to walk the dog. Beach is walkable. Close to restaurants as well. Being on the canal was fun as well. Great screened in porch and sun porch as well. Great water pressure! The bathrooms were beautiful and the beds comfortable. We would most definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the stay here! My family and I spent about a week there. It is very conveniently located near Bethany Beach, South Bethany Beach, and only about 35 minutes from Ocean City if you go at low traffic times. Exploring the boardwalks near enough to home base was ideal. Walking to South Bethany Beach is advisable if you can do it. All of the restaurants and grocery stores are very reasonably close to the accommodation with great recommendations from the host. The host is very focused on keeping the place clean and in great condition with regular updates. It is definitely worth making the effort to keep it that way so everyone who visits can enjoy it. The location is quiet, which was perfect for my small family as we prefer quiet. No loud parties or people blaring music at top volume is a definite plus. We always check the crime rate wherever we go and this part of town has such a low crime rate that the Google AI summary says 0.0 crimes per 100,000 people. If you want to relax, this is an ideal spot. The host was also very responsive. There was a small and unpredictable maintenance issue that occurred near the end of our stay and the host was on top of things within a few minutes of my message with a full resolution as promised the same day. I want to stress that issue was nothing anyone could prevent and is no different than what any homeowner encounters from time to time and the host handled it with perfection. Definitely worth staying here!

Best weekend ever

The place is great. And communication with owners was perfect. We all wanted to go home and demolish our bathrooms, and copy the two in this house. So clean and fresh. So many different places to sit and relax. Thank you for a great birthday weekend.
