Lovely beach home located in family-friendly Bethany West on a quiet cul de sac. Easy walk or trolley ride to town/beach. Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway. Walk or trolley to great restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach.

3BR/ 2BA plus queen loft. One king bedroom with TV, one queen bedroom w TV, one room with queen over queen bunk beds, a pullout in the living room, and a queen mattress in a sleeping loft (ladder climb). Comfy screened back porch w TV. Beautiful back yard for birdwatching, wildlife sightings, playing games, grilling.

Family friendly, pet friendly and convenient to all the wonderful things Bethany and the surrounding beaches have to offer.

Access to pool/fitness/tennis/pickleball for an onsite fee. (2024: $10/day or $30/week per person)

House fully equipped: TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc.
Pillows and blankets at the house. Beach Towels provided. Bring your own sheets and towels.

**$250 dollar REFUNDABLE damage/cleaning/linen deposit required a week prior to arrival. Fully refundable immediately when cleaner confirms property is in good order. (Property free of trash, laundry items bagged for pickup, no excessive damage to home - normal wear and tear OK.). Deposit does not apply to repeat guests.

We found the house to be very comfortable and had lots of amenities and supplies for every purpose! The house is very convenient to the pool and trolley stop as well as a good Italian store and a few great restaurants within walking distance!

Great beach getaway

We enjoy Bethany Beach most in the fall. This property is nicely situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that is close to all of the local dining and shopping establishments. The house is very comfortable for both relaxing and entertaining.

The house itself was awesome, Caroline was very quick to respond to all our questions, and the location was perfect. Just a short bike ride or even shorter drive to the beach, but far enough away to avoid all the business. We had a great stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

The location is great, really love this neighborhood and the house itself is amazing as well. It was well furnished and had all the kitchen utensils and things we needed to make some sides for a family thanksgiving we attended at a local relatives house. The host is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to be as comfortable as possible. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect beach getaway

This property and host made our weekend beach getaway everything we could have hoped for. The property was very well kept and in great proximity to the beach, restaurants, and things to do, yet had some privacy not being directly on the beach itself. The property owner made booking/communication very easy and was a pleasure to deal with. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice week or weekend getaway to the beach.

Quiet, comfortable home for our family beach trip to Bethany! House has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pools in the neighborhood were a nice option that we took full advantage. This was our second trip staying at the house and we're planning to be back next year as well. The communication was great with owner and the house has everything we needed while there. Plus it is super cozy and comfortable with a beach flair. It is very close to the beach and shops while also being secluded near the end of a quiet cul de sac. Loved our stay!

Great beach atmosphere in a convenient close by but secluded feeling location. Felt like classic beach house. Wonderful for adults and super for kids. Great walkability. Hit the right note-not too fancy but plenty nice.
