Excellent property for vacation

Myself and family highly enjoyed this home. We slept comfortably, had plenty of space and everything we needed while in the home. Its location made going to the beach, downtown and restaurants easy and convenient. It was clean, stocked and well maintained. The neighborhood was welcoming and quiet. The owner was an excellent host and communicator. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Bethany Beach!

Beach Getaway

This was the perfect "cottage" for four adults and one small dog. Great community...quiet and very close to the beach without all the hustle and bustle. Everyone we met in the community was friendly and the area felt safe. We will definitely go back again.

A Relaxing Home

We had a great stay at this home. The house and property were very clean with recently refreshed paint, carpet, etc. Everything we needed was available and the host also reached out to be sure we didn't need anything. The neighborhood was quiet and laid back, but we were a 10 minute drive of grocery stores and the boardwalk. Great place to vacation!

Great location !

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking to be in Bethany with a fenced yard for our pup. It was perfect for us! House was clean and had bikes, kayaks available. We enjoyed , grill, picnic table & more. We enjoyed walking our dog on the path next to cancel.

Excellent Experience

This is the second year my adult children and I have vacationed in the same home, and once again we had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the location is perfect. There is even a fenced yard for the dogs.

Perfect for families

Third time staying at this location. Perfect proximity to everything while still being quiet and peaceful. Traveled with my husband, our teenage twins, my parents and a dog. Perfect space. Coffee each morning on the porch was great. Well appointed.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was very clean and inviting. Eric’s communication was fabulous. His restaurant suggestion was great! The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing. The cottage is close enough to the town of Bethany but in a quiet atmosphere. We had a great weekend, despite the weather. Thank you Eric!

Beautiful Property In A Great Location

This was our 23rd year renting in Bethany Beach. Eric answered our call immediately when we had a question. The house was cleaned and unexpectedly well stocked (rentals in Bethany Beach usually supply the bare minimum). Neighborhood was quiet and adorable. I would highly recommend. Definitely one of our favorite rentals in the area.

Charming home in a quiet neighborhood

What a lovely home. We’ll apportioned with everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet, clean, wonderful porch. The owner has a TON of toys for your stay too. We wished we could have made use of the kayaks given the channel near the property but we just didn’t have enough time. We appreciated the chairs, fishing poles, bikes, grill, fire pit …and on and on. You’ll enjoy this prop

Last minute Labor Day weekend get away!

We really felt very at home at this property. It was clean, welcoming & the perfect spot for us, our teenagers and their friends. Our daughter and her boyfriend (17) really enjoyed kayaking and Eric so kindly had his kayaks available for use. You could get in the water right at the entrance to the neighborhood which was very quiet and well kept. My husband loved the screened in porch in the mornings while having his coffee. We did not get to use the fire pit as we ended up being very busy having fun out and about at the beach and boardwalk as well as several restaurants in the area. Eric was VERY responsive when we asked any questions. We would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful the second time around!

We came back for the second time and had the same great experience. The location is perfect and the house everything you would need and more for a week at the beach. Eric is a wonderful host and we can’t wait to come back again next summer.

Summer cottage

My family and I had the best vacation in Bethany this year! The “cottage” we rented was beautiful, well stocked with everything we needed to make meals, and had a fenced in yard for my two small dogs. The cottage and neighborhood alike were very dog friendly. It was close to the beach, too. We loved it!

Family stay

The house was perfect for our family of 4. The kids had their own space and loved the toys available. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was within close proximity to restaurants, stores and the beach. We had a great vacation there!
