This cozy vacation home is a great space for a family getaway. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. Off of the living and dining room area is a sliding glass door with access to a fully enclosed deck. A hot tub is also available for your enjoyment.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet, and sliding glass door to the deck. The second bedroom has space for up to 4 kids with a pyramid bunk with twin trundle bed and a flat screen TV for movie nights, and adjacent full bathroom.

Challenge your group to a friendly game of foosball, or take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 2 adult cruiser bikes provided with this vacation rental house. With the home's location a short walk from the Deschutes River and an easy bike ride or drive to Fort Rock Park, the shops and restaurants in the Village at Sunriver, Sunriver Stables and Marina, you will surely fall in love with 4 Rogue Lane!

Great Location and great for a family with Pets

Wonderful Getaway

This house was perfect for our family to stay in for a long weekend getaway. The house was clean when we arrived and was close to many activities but also in a quiet neighborhood when we needed downtime. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Great house in quiet neighborhood

This is a great dog-friendly home. My family really enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and quiet neighborhood. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a short walk to the river. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic Sunriver property

Very clean and well appointed house in a great location. Housed our family of 4 well. Pet friendly with enclosed deck. Very new hot tub and grill. Close to Fort Rock Park, short distance to Village and Sharc. Highly recommend.

Great property

Our family enjoyed our stay as well as our pup! We found the property very comfortable and clean and in a great location. The only thing I will say is with no AC if it’s hot (which it was for us) the house will be, too. The multiple fans are a big help, though.

Great location

Close to the river and also close to Ft. Rock park. Clean with lots of amenities. The one thing is that if you are here on hot days, the house can get really hot. Bennington Properties can help with portable AC units, if they are available.

Wonderful find!

This house was perfect for our family. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. I've been in my fair share of Sunriver kitchens and they have not impressed me like this house did. The bikes, foosball and hot tub were a hit for my family! We are a family of 4 and the size was perfect. Bennington properties were so helpful and checked in on us during our stay. We were really impressed with them and this home! The only thing that would sweeten this house more would be passes to the Sharc pool. Would highly recommend you stay here and we will definitely come again!

Needed This

We just put our lab down and didn't want to stay in our home so I found Rogue 4 to rent. We try to go to Sunriver at least once a year and we believe we have found our new favorite house. The house is one level and not huge but it is perfect for a couple or a family of four. The master bedroom is situated away from the rest of the house and is very private. Outside the master bedroom is the wonderful hot tub. The view of the stars above made the hot tub soaking all the more enjoyable. We will be staying here again!

Clean and comfortable

A bit of a trek to the village, but close to the river and relatively quiet from a traffic perspective. The place is on the smaller side, but worked well for our family of 4 (two adults, two teens). Beds were comfortable, kitchen sufficiently equipped, TVs/cable/wifi worked well (except for one day which was spotty). Garage had a foosball table - very nice. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. My only complaint, and this is not about the home or sunriver, is that check-in time has been adjusted (up) to 5pm check-in, and (down) 10am check-out. This is disappointing - hopefully Bennington Properties will rethink this as it will be a potential deterrant from future stays
