Gulf Front 2-Bedroom - 2-Bath 18th Floor Unit that has just finished a Total Renovation that includes: All New Porcelain Wood Like Plank Tile throughout the entire unit, White Shaker Cabinets in Kitchen with Quartz Counters & New Stainless Steel Appliances, Food Pantry, All New Furniture, 3-New TV's including a 55" in Living Room, 50" in Master Suite, & 40" in Guest Bedroom. Both Bedrooms have access to massive balcony that stretches 37 ft. from the Living to the back of the Unit where the Master Suite is. Ceiling to Floor White 4" Shutters line every inch of the 3 Sliding Doors on the Living Room & both bedrooms. Both bathrooms have had the combo shower/tubs removed & now have walk-in showers with Barn Door Shower Enclosures. The view looking South along the entire Beach of Marco Island is breath taking & one that you will not forget! King Size Bed in Master & Queen Size Bed in Bedroom #2. This unit has been accessorized to accommodate 2 couples looking for a getaway together. Maximum Occupancy is 4.

Host was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to respond to any issues. Although we had no issues. Unit was nicely decorated and well supplied. We rebooked for next year.

Great getaway!

The condo is just as pictured-very clean and updated. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach. This time of year it is not super crowded, which was an added bonus.

Another great vacation on the beach at Marco Island

Len (Property Owner) was awesome, he came over and had a great chat with Len… He told us of all the great places to go and eat at… Highly recommend staying at his place, freshly renovated! Great views and awesome sun sets! Another year of perfect weather again , will be staying here again…

Very nice condo

Our stay was very relaxing. The condo was equipped well. The showers and the king bed were very nice. Overall great setup, you feel at home here.

Great Spring Break

My husband, 2 children and I had a wonderful time enjoying the sun on Marco Island. The unit is nicely decorated, updated and well stocked with everything you needed to enjoy the beach. Would definitely come back again!

Everything Beautiful

This is a perfect condo for two couples. Very clean with plenty of room. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Wonderful return to Marco

We haven’t been to Marco Island in 20 years. It was amazing. Hopefully we will return every year! The condo was beautiful. The view and the balconies are amazing!

Just perfect!

Everything about this condo was perfect for the vacation we were looking for—relaxation, low key, and zero stress. Check in and out was so smooth, the unit is beautiful, and you cannot beat the view on the spacious balcony. Len was super responsive and accommodating. We’ll be back for sure!

Great Marco Stay

We enjoyed this wonderfully appointed, clean, updated condo right on the beach. The condo is just as it appears online. The views are fantastic and the location can't be beat. We enjoyed the property facilities - pool, gym, tennis courts - which are all very well maintained. Len was great to deal with. He was super responsive and all the instructions were clear. Thanks for a great vacation.

Lovely Condo

Just perfect! Clean, modern, spacious & beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of storage space throughout condo. Large balcony space. Everything provided for your stay even down to a beach trolley, folding beach chairs, parasol, cool bag etc. This all made for a perfect stress free holiday. We would defo stay here again.

Incredible View and Location

Unit is on 18th floor and the view of the gulf and Tigertail Beach is breathtaking. Unit is nicely furnished and there are beach chairs and umbrellas. Walking distance to Doreen’s Cup of Joe for a great breakfast and Joey’s for the best eggplant lasagna and super thin crust pizza. Short drive to other great restaurants, a Winn Dixie nearby. Would recommend owner get new towels and washcloths and new teflon pots and pans. And go to Goodland for Everglades fan boat ride!

South Seas Condo

We had an exceptional stay and experience at this condo. We're fortunate to know Marco quite well, this condo is exceptional. The view is unbelievable, Marco Beach and the Gulf at its very best. Inside the Condo it lives up to the view, 5 star contemporary condo to a high standard and again in exceptional condition. The owner Len is a great guy, very polite and professional and was there if we needed anything, not that we did any help, everything was just as planned. Thanks again. Stephen amd Karen.

Gorgeous Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. The condo is exactly as pictured with beautiful little touches throughout that I really appreciated. We were supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, sponge, dish soap, hand soap, and even some bottled waters to get us started. These things are really appreciated. Condo was absolutely spotless. Showers and bath towels were great. Beds were a little firm for me, but my husband enjoyed it. AC worked perfectly. I usually prefer a keyless entry, but the way that the condo development is set up, there are actual physical keys that are needed to access the entire property which makes stopping by to pick up and drop off keys necessary. But it wasn't a problem. The people who work on the property were very welcoming, which was nice. There is construction happening on the property, but it didn't disturb us at all. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend.

Great Condo

I loved everything about this property with two exceptions. Wish I knew there was work being done around the property and in the hallways and the air conditioner didn’t work for the last two days.

Great location

Easy and supportive communication from property manager. Easy arrival and exit process. Great location within walking distance to Tigertail beach. Great security with gated community and easy undercover parking. The unit was recently upgraded and was is in very good condition.

Amazing!

What a beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach, beautiful sunsets every night! Condo is newly remodeled and is well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Len was very accessible at any time to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again!
