February 2021 Stay

3rd great vacation in this same apartment. We love Marco Island and the views from the apartment are amazing. Apartment has everything you need for daily living including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking simple meals. Marco Island Properties makes the check in/out so easy and hassle free. We will be back soon!!

Second time we stayed in unit 7-12. We have reservations already for 2024. Upgrades to tower 3 common areas are great. Only 2 suggestions for the unit. Repair the ice maker/water dispenser. And a nice king size bed in the master bedroom would be a great addition.

Always a beautiful sunset

This is a really nice condo and the views from the balcony are gorgeous! We loved watching the wildlife in the mangroves. The lagoons make walking to the ocean a little longer, but it seemed like a bonus with the birds, lizards, and people watching. This specific unit has a nice kitchen, bedrooms (primary bed is a queen and a king would be an upgrade) and bathrooms.are nice. There was a pretty great collection of things to use for the beach- chairs, cooler, wagon, umbrella. The pool is nice too. Parking is private and safe, great location with close restaurants. Communication with property managers was easy and efficient. All of these things helped make our vacation really wonderful. It’s all about the view! Always guaranteed a beautiful sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. .

We loved the windows facing the beach and the large balcony. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach...chairs, umbrella, coolers, toys, and a wagon to pull it all. The walk to the beach is kind of far which is the only downside to this location. It was about .35 miles to get from the condo to the beach. Pulling the wagon through the sand got a little hard but it was not a big deal. The condition of the condo was good. Beds were fairly comfortable. We had tons of towels, sheets, and blankets. A couple drawers and doors were getting worn but nothing that would affect our stay. We played pickle ball and shuffleboard the courts were very nice. The pool was nice and on the cooler days it was warmer which was very nice because we could still swim. Everyone was friendly and the check in was efficient. Overall, this was a great stay!

June 2023 Stay

Really an amazing week. Most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Unit 712 was absolutely perfect in every way. After like the second night of going to dinner we decided to just eat dinner on the patio every night to watch the sunsets. Sorta no need to leave the condo….just vacation on that patio all day.

The view with a corner unit was so relaxing and had everything that was needed. The only thing that I would have to request is that the floors as well has the rugs need a really good cleaning. We could not walk on the floors without shoes, it was so dirty. The coffee pot was not working as well.

family reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit with our (now) grown family twice, one week in May and another most recently in November. Tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, mostly accessorized kitchen, and a room stored with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, books and games. Being a corner unit on an upper floor makes it stand out ahead of other 2BR units in the building. The common living/dining area alone is a great destination space with panoramic views of sunsets, dawns, sea, sky, stars - rain or shine - which really warrants the extra cost of the corner unit. The condo complex design itself resulted in a bit of a theater in the round affect, with poolside chatter echoing upwards. This unit is on a higher floor, so this echo is less noticeable. All in all, worth the money, we look forward to returning again some day.

Spring break Stay

Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and we loved the beach, although the hike to the beach took 10-15 minutes. Our unit needed a fresh coat of paint and the furniture was worn. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms and the view were wonderful. We had trouble with our air conditioning unit and Marco Island Property was very quick to respond and had it fixed immediately. The pool is definitely not great for kids, no food, no balls or toys and pool staff was not the most friendly. Kids attempted to play paddleball and ball toss in the grass near the pool and were told they were not allowed. Overall we enjoyed Marco Island and the beautiful beaches and weather!

Great Condo

Overall we really loved the condo. In fact, one of the nicer units we have stayed at on Crescent Beach. The 4 star rating is based solely on two things: 1) The a/c is very poor, we could never get the temp below 72/73 and with the beautiful west exposure in the late afternoon, even with the shades down, the temp would get to 75/76. The overhead fans were truly appreciated. 2) Time to install a Keurig coffee pot - the drip pot was cumbersome and would occasionally overflow the coffee grounds. Other than that, a very nice unit - and would stay again.
