It is a great place to be able to entertain people of all ages in your group with the big community pool to the wide array of shops and restaurants to explore! 110 Surfer is a great home for entertaining your family with an open bottom floor making the dining room, living area and kitchen all accessible. Also there is a great entertaining deck on the top floor with a TV and a grill for the family to enjoy! This home is a 10 in our eyes ;) We would have hoped for a better overall score from you and your guest after all the effort we made to ensure your concerns were addressed. This home is brand new only going through one summer season so far, we did realize that flat paint on the stairwell will not be able to hold up to normal vacationing family use! Please keep in mind scuffs do not indicate a dirty home just normal wear which is easily remedied. We are actually in the process of repainting the walls as we do this in the off season. We wish it had been before your arrival but things hadn't slowed down quite enough to have done that in September. Our sofa cushions were steam cleaned 1 stay prior to your check in and looked good upon our inspection. We sent the cleaners back quick to clean the floors and would have hoped this made you more comfortable. When you contacted us about issues with the internet and tv, our maintenance came within an hour to address and they were turned away. A simple reset may have eliminated your frustrations. We hope you will consider another trip to Seacrest Beach some time in the future and definitely allow us the opportunity to have you stay again.

Thank you for staying with us last week at Surfer lane. This was great feedback and we appreciate your family allowing us to work through some trouble with the internet. Since adding a wifi extender to the living room, the wifi has been running much faster with no interruptions. Plenty of storage has been provided through the custom built closets and dressers located in each of the 3 master bedrooms. Hopefully this allows guest to unpack and unwind for a week of fun at the beach! There are also now plenty of places throughout the home to hang beach towels for the next day! We hope we can take care of your family again in the future.

We appreciate you staying with us at Surfer Lane for your family's vacation recent vacation. We absolutely love the outdoor space this home provides with the large grill area and outdoor dining, and entertainment area. We wish we had been aware of the issues you mentioned as our cleaners are always available to come tidy up any floors that may have still been sandy. This brand new home was fully stocked at the start of the season but we are always happy to add anything our guests feel would make it more enjoyable. Please keep us in mind for the future, we would like to make your next stay better!
