Located less than a mile from the white sugar sands of the Gulf, this luxury home is ready to host your large gathering with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a screened-in porch, bonus room, and private heated pool! For a change of scenery, enjoy the 12,000 sq ft resort pool, walk to restaurants, or explore 30A on one of the 4 provided bikes!

Perfect Vacation Home

My fiancé, now wife, and I booked this home with 8 of our closest friends the week of our wedding. It was everything we could have asked for and more. The hosts were extremely gracious and responsive and the house was beautiful. Location is ideal and the seacrest tram makes beach access a breeze. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We were here for my friends bachelorette weekend and it was PERFECT! great location, plenty of space and great details on how to get in and out of the beach access. We loved the outdoor space. Would totally come back with a group again!!

We were disappointed by the amount of omitted information regarding the rental. The community pools were closed for maintenence. The pool at the house is completely shaded. We were told to go to building b to obtain parking passes wristbands however due to the pools being closed the gates were locked and we could not get in to the check in hut by the pool to get them. We spent over an hour wasting time calling security to get the needed items.The beach access does not allow for a car to drop everything/ everyone off. The beach access is steep stairs no ramp. There were dead bugs inside the home on the main floor tile floors.Positives:Beautiful home, spacious sleeping and bath arrangements. The back porch was the perfect space for spending time together. It was appreciated that the rental provided beach chairs for us. Great walking distance to shopping and restuarants.

Perfect stay for a low-key bachelorette weekend!

My sister only had two requests for her bachelorette weekend — low-key and at Rosemary Beach. This house was perfect! We had to reach out to the owners a few times with questions, and they responded in a timely manner. We hosted a dinner at home with a hired chef, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for that. The house was also right across from the tram stop, which was convenient to grabbing a quick ride to the beach. We only took a quick dip in the pool, but would love to come back to spend more time. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful place

This place is a great location with good amenities. It's a bike ride away to the plaza and the beach. Very charming. Host is great with communication. I will definitely be recommending this place .

Perfect family getaway

⸻We had a wonderful stay at this property! The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, and we really enjoyed the community pool and convenient access to the tram service—it made exploring the area so easy. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and it was a great touch that someone came to clean the pool twice a week. The rental company was fantastic to work with—responsive, professional, and friendly.If I had one small piece of feedback, it would be that it would’ve been nice to have an entrance to the pool area that didn’t go through the bedrooms or bathroom. But honestly, that’s a very minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience. Still a solid five-star stay!

Amazing location and excellent communication with hosts!

I stayed here with a group of ten women for a bachelorette party and we had such an amazing experience with this rental! The property was so beautiful and none of us wanted to leave!! The hosts responded to all messages almost immediately and allowed us a later check out time on day of departure, which was so helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a trip to Rosemary Beach!

Spring Break for Family

This was our family’s first trip to Seacrest. The house was perfect for our family of five. Everyone had their own space to escape to. The location was perfect for us, being tucked away in the back of the village. The house was very clean. Our only issue was the one night we ate in we tried to grill burgers and dogs. The propane tank ran out on us so we had to finish cooking inside. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and accommodations.

Amazing!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this home which is in a great, quiet location but also close to everything. It is beautifully decorated and has all items you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. The owner was easy to communicate with and worked with me on an issue with our dates which was my fault. All in all a great stay.

Amazing!

From day 1, even before booking with questions we had, the communication and service was efficient and helpful! The property was just what we needed and was one of the best we have experienced in the area and this is our 7th year to travel to this area. Highly recommend this property! Perfect Rental

Had a large group a girls stay for a birthday weekend. The house was the perfect size, layout and location! The host was so accommodating. Only issue we had was the pool heater didn’t work but honestly we went to the beach instead so wasn’t an issue worth bringing up to the host. Overall, great stay!

Wonderful spring break!

Our family of six and friends had a wonderful time at this delightful home on Rosemary Beach. Easy to bike everywhere and tram service to the beach was perfect! Little ones enjoyed the pool and adults. Got plenty of time on the lovely, screened in porch and spacious living room to kick back listen to music and enjoy some films. We will be coming back to Rosemary Beach.
