Espetacular Casa Personalizada com Piscina / Jacuzzi em Bajamar Ocean Front Golf Resort

Ideal for three couples. This spectacular 4,500 sq. ft. Custom Home sits on a bluff with unobstructed ocean and golf course views. It is located in Bajamar Ocean Front Golf Resort, a gated community between Rosarito and Ensenada, 77km (50miles) south of the U.S. San Diego border. The resort has 18 holes of golf, restaurant and pro-shop.
This Home offers: Three Master Suites (the one on first floor has a king and queen bed); each has a king bed, private bath, shower, soaking tub, flat screen TV, fireplace, deck, and a beautiful ocean view. Whole house reverse osmosis water system with UV light protection. There is a total of 3.5 baths, 2 living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs), wet bar, dining area with seating for twelve, additional table with seating for six, 5 indoor gas fireplaces, 4 TVs, Satellite, and Wireless Internet. The kitchen is supplied with dishes, cookware, table service, full size refrigerator, freezer, 5-burner gas range, microwave and convection oven. Washer and dryer are in garage. Outdoor areas have magnificent Pacific Ocean/ golf course views. Upstairs outside deck (700sf) has sunbathing area. Back patio (2500sf) has 35 foot free form Pool and Jacuzzi, Plexiglas windbreak, built-in BBQ with sink. The swimming pool is heated with propane. If you require it warmer, there is a $75 daily charge for propane heating which will be collected by our Property Manager. He MUST be informed because heating the pool will drain the propane tank. Our Property Manager will make arrangements for extra propane to be delivered. There is no fee for heating the spa. Front courtyard (1500sf) with table and chairs has impressive mountain /ocean views. Within walking distance to clubhouse, restaurant, golf course, tennis courts and hiking trails along the coast. Pets are not allowed. Additional people over 9 is $100 per night. Maxium # 9 people (per HOA rules).

Fantastic location

The property was beautiful. Sitting by the wonderful pool was so relaxing and enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would love to go back again.

Best Location

Host was extremely accommodating. He is near the property should you need him to address any issues. House is perfect for sharing with multiple families as the rooms and kitchen are huge!!! Would 100% rent again

Hidden oasis

The pictures really do not do justice for the views of the ocean you get from your bedroom. William was an amazing host and happy to help out any time we had questions or when I accidentally locked myself out on the balcony. The property is a close enough drive to Ensenada and Rosarito for a day venture, but you're still in a private complex that gives the feel like you're away from everyone. The restaurant at the bajamar clubhouse is also pretty good if you want to pick up something instead of cook. I will gladly make this my getaway destination.

Fantastic getaway

Our getaway was a retirement, birthday and a friend’s surprise proposal on hole 15, she said “yes”! We really didn’t have to go anywhere the restaurant at the club house serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was excellent. Oh, and I forgot they have a great bar. The house was amazing! It’s overlooking the ocean, with some great views when you swim in the pool or hanging out in the Jacuzzi. I can go on and on. Our host was awesome. He met us there and explained everything we needed to know. Can’t wait for our next trip!!

Fantastic stay

Property is exactly as advertised, three master suites all with majestic ocean views. Great kitchen and dining options (formal, living room, outside bistro tables) Hot tub & Pool (don't bother heating the pool just heat the hot tub). The house is so both beautiful and interesting it's what you expect of a classy hacienda Advise don't expect the perfection and the sterility of a Ritz Carlton as you will encounter a few minor nits example 50 gallon water tank so don't expect to run multiple tubs of hot water in the three bedrooms. IMHO this is part of the charm go local and enjoy your stay – if there is anything seriously amiss, Hector the property manager will fix things.

AMAZING PROPERTY

This home is gorgeous. We stayed at the property with two other couples. I really liked how each bedroom was HUGE, had its own bathroom, and were well appointed. The community is very secure and has 24hr guards at the front entrance. There is a massive balcony upstairs that overlooks the pacific, the golf course and the pool down stairs. We spent one of our days just relaxing in the pool and hot tub, watching whales swim by, and cooking using the propane grill. Property owners are very sweet and accommodating and have left a binder full of great information for visitors. Home is modern and very clean. Hope to be back soon.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!

Our party of 4 enjoyed this large, colorful and comfortable home. It is decorated with cultural flair. The pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean course offered wide expansive views of the ocean. The weather was lovely although cloudy but the temperature was just perfect! The kitchen was well outfitted and there were excellent instructions left behind for those wondering how to navigate the home. Hector the property manager was quite helpful. I recommend this home for golfers. You can fit quite a few people in this 2 story-3 bedroom with basically two living rooms. Every room had a balcony for views. This was a great resting place before and after golf at Bajamar. Thank you Carl for sharing your home!

Wonderful Stay During a Holiday Weekend

Wow, what a place! This has to be the nicest home to rent in the entire Bajamar community as it's on a corner lot with a full view of the ocean and golf course below, and is maintained beautifully by the caretaker and owners. We spent most of our time out in the sun on the patio, enjoying the view and the pool and spa, and at night we would take the walking trail down to the cliffs overlooking the ocean to enjoy the sunset. The house has everything you could want and more and the amenities descriptions are very accurate. Two people in our party played golf at Bajamar and it was only $55 for mid-day on a holiday weekend - the Oceano course runs along the coastine and has increidble views. The restaurant at the resort was so-so at best, so I would recommend bringing your own food and cooking in the amazing kitchen instead! It was cool in the evenings so the indoor and outdoor fireplaces were perfect, as was falling asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves each night. We can't wait to return to this house to enjoy it all over again!

Past reviews said it all. The place is fantastic!

We (5 adults and three children) went in June for 5 nights. While foggy and cool every morning, it warmed up nicely during the day. The pool was comfortable and the hot tub heated up in under 30 minutes. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. The refer is also a double door so if you plan on cooking, as we did, there is plenty of room. The complex is secure and the guards alert - so very safe. The lady's took advantage of the spa and reported it was great! On Father's Day we went to Valle de Guadalupe for wine tasting and decided to try the on-site restaurant for dinner. It was a disaster!!! The service was horrible as was the food - and half the food orders were forgotten. We asked for a bottle of Mexican Champagne and they brought us Dom Perignon - wrapped up in a cloth. When we noticed, they told us that was all they had - for $300! Don't go there - go the restaurants nearby...tons of them within 15 - 20 minutes.

The property is the best location in the development. Corner lot and views for days. The hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive. They are battling an ant infestation but responded quickly and appropriately when we called about any issues. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe and well appointed stay in Bajamar. Members of the group are already planning return trips individually and I’m sure it will become a regular stop for us in the future. Thank you so much William for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The new owners did a great job of greeting us and helped us have a great stay.

The property is great. This is not a knock on the property, I just wish this house had four bedrooms instead of three. It would be a perfect home to go down with four couples for a golf weekend from So Cal.

Nice place with excellent views.

The place is very nice and well maintained. View is amazing. Not much to do outside the property with the exception of long walks. The only drawback is the need to drive 20 minutes outside the property to buy groceries. If you have bikes, take them. I wish I did.

Perfect family getaway

The entire experience was amazing for my family and I! From the quick and friendly communication with Carl, to Hector who was very friendly and responsive as well. The home was beautiful, with so much Spanish character and architectural detail, it felt very rich with culture. The rooms were very large and comfortable, all master sized rooms with their own en suites. But what really made this home amazing was the views and the serene sunsets, some of the best we’ve ever seen. The property is in a gated golf course community, the guards wear masks and do temperature checks, which made us feel very safe. We ate at the restaurant twice, the food was ok, but we did drive off property for some fresh lobster and seafood at Las Brisas Restaurant (highly recommend!!) - the fresh tortillas are amazing! We drove to Calimax to buy marinated meat to cook tacos & burritos at the house, and also made some mexican hot chocolate after dinner which was a highlight for our kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’ll need - the entire house was stocked better than any other VRBO home we’ve stayed at! Would definitely love to return again, gracias Carl y Hector!!!

Great location

Located centrally between Rosarito and Ensenada close to Puerto Nuevo. Beautiful house with all the essentials, one of the closest properties to the ocean in Bajamar. We had a great time!
