Five stars, no hesitation. Our Vrbo host was one of the best we've had: quick, clear responses before and during our stay, and genuinely flexible when we needed to adjust our plans. Everything was easy.The property itself was a standout. The location was ideal, the price was excellent for what you get, and the layout worked perfectly for our group, with plenty of space to spread out and still come together. The amenities made the trip: we spent hours at the pool, ended most nights in the hot tub, and the outdoor bar quickly became everyone's favorite spot.We'd book again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

The location is fantastic with a quick and easy walk to the beach. The hangout space under the house with the hot tub was a fan favorite! We enjoyed our stay!

This was the most amazing vacation we have ever been on! The people were amazing, the beaches, the pool, and the hot tub were everything we needed. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation!

The property was great. Terrific location with great amenities such as pool, hot tub, outdoor bar with TV, and a grill. We used all of them!The beach was so close to the property and shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. We loved Roasted Duck!

Great House Great Location

Really enjoyed this house especially the outdoor bar area with the hot tub. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great property close to the beach

The house is a two block walk to the beach, and walking distance to downtown duck. There is a nice pool and hot-tub bar area. The house was well furnished and nicely maintained.

Location Can't be Beat

Fantastic property with everything you could possibly need. A short walk 0.5 miles to restaurants and shops and a super quick walk to the beach which is dead ahead of the home with a great view from the house. Highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation in Duck

The Roasted Duck was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean and all of the extras you could want. The pool was wonderful and very appreciated during the hot afternoons. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. We would certainly recommend staying here to all of our family and friends.

Great place for our short family reunion

Ideal location for our 3 brother & wives reunion- clean, comfortable & quiet with queen beds and a bathroom for each couple and family room/dining room/deck with a partial ocean view that were perfect for socializing Just a few minutes walk to the beach and 10-15 minute walk to the Duck boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. Pool and hot tub were perfect to unwind when we got back. We would stay here again.

The house ,pool and hot tub were all clean. The family enjoyed them all. It is a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and the shops in town. Lots of room in the house. The rental manager was quick to reply to any questions I had.

We got to the house and were pleasantly surprised at the size, amenities, and cleanliness of everything. It was perfect for our end of summer bachelorette party with ocean views and easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hosts were responsive and detailed in all communications. My favorite part was watching the sunrise from the balcony!
