Bienvenue à Sunrise Paradise, une belle maison de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain située prÚs de Sunrise Park.

Cet Ă©lĂ©gant et confortable 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison est votre maison parfaite loin de chez vous. Le salon spacieux dispose de plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, de carrelage, d'un canapĂ© confortable et d'une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Les fenĂȘtres orientĂ©es au sud offrent une vue sur les belles montagnes. La salle Ă  manger et la cuisine sont adjacentes au salon et comprennent des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils encastrĂ©s Jenn-Air et sont bien garnies pour le plus grand plaisir des chefs.

La salle à manger a une porte coulissante en verre qui s'ouvre sur la belle cour arriÚre privée avec piscine, spa et vue imprenable sur la montagne. Prenez vos repas sur la table à manger en plein air située sous le patio couvert ou asseyez-vous autour du foyer et profitez des étoiles du soir.

La spacieuse suite parentale s'ouvre sur la cour et comprend un lit king-size, une tĂ©lĂ©vision de 81 cm, une salle de bain privĂ©e avec deux lavabos, une douche dans laquelle vous pouvez monter et une baignoire sĂ©parĂ©e. Chacune des deux chambres Ă  coucher offre un accĂšs Ă  une terrasse privĂ©e exposĂ©e au sud, Ă  une tĂ©lĂ©vision de 28 pouces et partage une salle de bains avec une douche Ă  l’italienne.

** Selon l'ordonnance relative à la location de vacances à Palm Springs, l'occupation maximale autorisée est de 2 personnes par chambre, PLUS de 2 personnes supplémentaires si elles ont 12 ans ou moins seulement. Une seule voiture par chambre est autorisée. Aucune exception**.

Great house!

5 of us stayed at this house for a girls weekend away in Palm Springs. The house was great, the backyard is absolutely gorgeous with lots of seating areas, and the beds were really comfy. The kitchen was also well stocked, which was convenient. The location was close enough to everything, but not necessarily walking distance, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is on the smaller side but is really nice, and we appreciated the umbrella on the steps since it was super hot out while we were there. Only complaints are that they don't let you put the A/C below 75 degrees, and with it being so hot out we would've appreciated the house being a little cooler, and you have to go to the rental company's offices to check in which was a bit inconvenient, since the house has a keypad on the front door and we could've just let ourselves in. Other than that, the rental company was responsive and we didn't have any issues. All in all, great house and great experience!

Getaway

The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was very nice and close to shopping and downtown!! The pool was a little on the smaller end but we thought it was perfect! It's pet friendly and that was a plus! The only reason I give a 4 star rating was because the fridge was not working and we had filled it up with groceries, although they were quick to respond and bring out a new one. We were told they already knew of the issue and it was definitely an inconvenience having people over and putting a new one in and having to unload and reload the new one (which was an eye sore since it was placed in front of the art work) . This should have been done before our arrival if they already knew of the issue but no other complaints as the property management was quick to come out and resolve the issue! The next time I am in town again I will definitely book again!

Location and style!

Great mid-century modern house in nice neighborhood. About a 30 minute walk to downtown. Awesome private yard with pool and spa. Will rent this house again.

Holiday getaway

Nice home, however we would not stay here again. No comfortable chairs in the home. Cheap kitchen chairs that were losing screws. My elderly husband said, "none of these chairs are comfortable", we all agreed. Also, no grip bars in showers or near toilets--very difficult and dangerous for older guests.

Fabulous Family Staycation!

We are a busy family. My BF and I are both in the education field at the high school and college levels and we share 6 children together so our school years (August-June) are busy. We were looking for some time away from our home which is in Long Beach to enjoy some quiet time together. Only 3 of our kids were with us but this was the absolute BEST decision we've ever made. We had SO much fun at Sunrise Park. Everything was phenomenal, from the original reservation process to the check-in/out, to the property itself. We even had our dog with us and that was also a super easy process of having him approved. We all kept saying that the property had a hotel feel in a private home. The house was super clean. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Everything from the sink fixtures to the kitchen appliances are of such high quality. The overall experience was fantastic. We are already talking about making this our annual summer "thing" that we do as a family. We will be back for sure!!

Best Get-a-Way Ever! 5 Stars!

Such a beautiful home. This property provided our family with a 5 Star Vacation get-a-way! Love the Mid-Century architecture, furniture and styling. The swimming pool was sparkling and perfect. The home is super clean and stocked with everything that we needed and more. Loved our stay and will book again! Thanks to all at Orange Palm - All communications and assistance were top shelf!

A truly wonderful vacation home

This house was absolutely lovely. It has obviously been recently redone as it was the prettiest house in its quiet neighborhood. Everything from the furniture to the decor to the gourmet kitchen was just top notch. We chose it mostly for the pool, and that did not disappoint. The management company was also very nice and accommodating. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and the location was very central to everything. The rest of the neighborhood didn’t quite have that Palm Springs mid-Century vibe as it seemed to be more from the seventies, but the interior of the house definitely channeled the mid-Centuty thing. We absolutely loved it!
