Nice studio located in a tourist residence in the town of La Flotte en Ré, one of the most beautiful villages on the Ile de Ré.
The residence has a large heated swimming pool from April to September, and a large park with games for children.
Bright and with high ceilings, the studio is located on the first and last floor of the residence.
Covering an area of 24 m2, it consists of a main room with kitchenette, loft bed (140x190) and BZ bench seat (140x190).
It has a terrace facing south, south east with garden furniture.
The bathroom and wc are separate.
In the immediate vicinity of the village center, the market (weekly), the beach and the port, the nautical base is also at the foot of the residence. A large free car park is located right in front of the residence.
A very nice walk along the coast, in the immediate vicinity of the residence allows you to go to St Martin de Ré (main town of the Ile de Ré) via the beach of the target.
Original with its loft bed, the studio is ideal for 1 couple or 1 couple with 1 child, even if it can accommodate 4 people.
It offers you all the necessary comfort for a pleasant holiday, and allows you to cook on the spot.
