Bright and charming duplex apartment in pool residence, 100m from the beach

Alternate between a swim in the residence pool or a dip in the sea, all within a few steps!

Perfectly located in the center of Île de RĂ©, this bright duplex offers both a sandy beach just 100m away, and the authentic charm of village shops at the same distance.

The apartment is filled with natural light and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child.
‱ Upstairs : one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined for a 160cm double, plus a 70cm bed in the hallway, ideal for a child
‱ Downstairs : a comfortable "rapido" leather sofa bed (140cm Bultex mattress) and an additional 70cm bed

Bed linen and duvets are provided (please bring your own towel).
The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press, and more - everything you need for an easy holiday.

Bathroom with bathtub, and separate WC.

1st floor with lift; very calm setting. The pool is open from May 15th to September 15th.

Each stay is prepared with a thorough cleaning and disinfection (70° alcohol and virucidal products).
Guests are asked to clean before departure.
Please inform us of your arrival time, especially if arriving after 7pm.
Tourist tax is not incuded.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Tout Ă  proximitĂ©,mer, commerces, petits marchĂ©s, mobilitĂ© facilitĂ© grĂące aux navettes Ă©lectriques gratuites pour dĂ©couvrir les jolis villages de l'Ăźle de rĂ© . De nombreux restaurants oĂč vous pourrez dĂ©gustez toutes les spĂ©cialitĂ©s. Seul inconvĂ©nient pour moi, il y a beaucoup de vĂ©los qui ne respectent pas toujours les piĂ©tons malgrĂ© de nombreuses pistes cyclables.

Idéalement situé

Nous avons trÚs fortement apprécié le séjour. Logement trÚs proche de la mer, face au marché et à proximité des commerces. Point négatif, le local à vélo trop petit, résultat, des vélos dans le hall, et certains jeunes hors résidence qui viennent profiter de la piscine les aprÚs midis, en faisant du bruit, et ne respectant pas le rÚglement.

Nettes Appartement in wundervoller Lage

schön; der lange Sandstrand war gut fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen; das Centrum des StĂ€dtchens war auch nah. Leider ist das Appartement sehr eng(besonders die Toilette), falls dort wirklich alle fĂŒnf SchlafplĂ€tze besetzt sind, kann man sich kaum bewegen. Schön ist ein fester Parkplatz und diverse Restaurants in der NĂ€he und ein tĂ€glicher Markt.

Tres agreable séjour sur l ßle de Ré malgré une meteo un peu fraßche. Appartement trés bien situé. Piscine trés agréable. Avons decouvert des coins de l ßle complÚtement meconnus. A refaire.

TrÚs bon séjour

Appartement trÚs fonctionnel, avec un espace optimisé, idéal pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Il est trÚs bien situé sur l'ßle, central et tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. La place de parking est appréciable surtout en haute saison. Bon accueil et procédures d'entrée et de sortie trÚs simples.
