Great views

The property was very nice and clean, great location. However the construction noise was a bit much, not the property owners fault just keep in mind.

Nice condo

Everything was great. They just need regular beach chairs and a large umbrella. They had one but it’s broke Larger tv would’ve a plus. The overall condo was very nice. Darkening curtains was the best idea we have seen. Helps it stay cooler

Not what we were hoping for.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Photo from balcony is very misleading, there wasn't a beach that was good for swimming right there. The entire property was under construction while we were there. We had to pick up the keys over 3 miles away from the property in the pitch black in a very sketchy area. Had a hard time finding it and called for help and received a call back over 24 hours later. There are no attractions or restaurants nearby. Pool closes at dusk which was quite the bummer as well. No hot water available in bathroom, no trash can in bathroom, shower head shot water to ceiling.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so impressed the the Estero Beach & Tennis Club property was so ready for rentals. The unit was very nice, the pool was perfect, and the tennis courts were ready and of course the beach was fabulous even with the loss of many mangroves. The laundry was ready and the new windows in the lobby were being installed along with the lovely landscaping.

Close to beach, traffic getting off island was terrible! Would never stay this far down strip from bridge.

Wonderful Location and View

Estero Beach and Tennis Club is located at the quieter southern end of the island. The grounds were immaculately maintained and beautiful. The grounds have a lovely paved walkway with a direct short walk to the ocean. The pool is heated and great. Our unit #302B was a bit of a disappointment. Mostly visually disappointing. There were some drywall patches in the walls which had not been painted. Then there were holes in the walls and ceiling which had not even been patched. There were nails all over the walls where pictures had once been. However, there was not one picture hung anywhere. A border wallpaper in bath room was "curdled" and was peeling off. Tub/Shower diverter was not working. Water comes out of both tub and shower and one or the other can not be turned off. The blinds in Living Room were broken up and would not pull closed. None of this really affected our comfort and enjoyment of our vacation. The bed was comfortable. The unit was clean with fresh linens and towels. The kitchen is very well equipped. The ocean front deck had comfortable chairs and the view is AWESOME!

Needs lots of repairs

The complex is very nice and in a great location but this particular unit is not where you want to stay. Broken blinds at windows, broken kitchen chair, broken fan in tbe batbriom, and shower does not work oroperly.. Beach chairs are in bad shape and no umbrella provided..

Reviewer Comments: Condo in great location and very clean on entry.The inside of the condo needs some attention,furniture needs replacing and bathroom must be the original from when built.kitchen cooking utensils particularly pans need attention otherwise main apparatus satisfactory.Previous condos in same location have provided better beach chairs and all had a beach umbrella to use this unit didn’t have one.Although I am being critical we still had a great week at FMB as we always do!
