Building "C" - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 517 square foot 9th floor condo with direct gulf view. Updated condo! This condo at Estero Beach and Tennis is directly on the beach with breathtaking views of the gulf. Watch the sunset from the 9th floor lanai. There is a fully equipped updated kitchen for your vacation stay. The bedroom has a king sized bed. There is free wifi and internet. There is a sliding accordion partition for privacy to the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and hair dryer. For your beach vacation, you will find beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and noodles.

Amenities: heated pool, tennis and pickelball courts, 2 elevators in building, security office, secure building, gas grills.

Coined laundry facility located on site on the main floor of the building.

Directly across street from Santini Plaza where you can walk to shopping.

Perfect size Perfect view

Very comfortable unit overlooking the Gulf. The owner was very responsive. Nice location...easy to get on and off the island. Would recommend as the perfect unit for two.

The condo was clean and comfortable, the view beautiful!The ease of getting g on and off the island was cumbersome…long lines and heavy traffic. Was hoping to walk to restaurants and shopping, but so many are gone due to the hurricane. Walking the beach was also hard due to construction.

Beautiful condo

This condo was very clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the Gulf. The owner was terrific at communicating. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

FMB Vacation

The condo was extremely organized & equipped with everything we could possibly need or want. Wonderfully organized. Bed & bedding was perfect. View was gorgeous. We arrived a couple weeks or so after two hurricanes had gone through & we had a great time!

We loved our stay

The condo was cute and exactly as described. There were no issues with finding places nearby to eat (post hurricane). We enjoyed watching for dolphins from the balcony and swimming in the ocean. We will be coming back. The property owner was easy to reach with quick questions. We highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed at EBT many times and this particular unit was outstanding. CLEAN, orderly, had everything I could possibly need at my fingers. Furnishings were beautiful and can’t beat the view. I will rent this over and over again if Kristie will have us!

My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful condo! Perfect for 2. Direct ocean view! The condo has a lot of extras including chairs, umbrellas. Kitchen is more than fully stocked with everything you will need. Kristie was very easy to work with!

Blessing in Disguise

Our condo unit was well appointed in all areas, and communication with the owner was superb! Although initially disappointed by some amenities being unavailable, due to hurricane reconstruction, we left feeling very appreciative of our experience. The friendly people, uncrowded beach walks, various wildlife, & gorgeous sunsets made for a memorable stay.
